Pros:

Hotelli oli buukattu täyteen emmekä päässeet kirjautumaan sisään. Ohjasivat meidät Metro Hotel Bakuun josta saimme huoneen. Jouduimme maksamaa huoneen. Miten Hotel 28.n laskun hyvitys?

Pros:

El sábado tuve una experiencia desagradable. Este Hotel 28 de Bakú que reserve y que confirmo y cobro el uso, ya no existe, llegue al lugar que es un edificio en la Plaza 28 de mayo de Bakú, y en la entrada me dijeron que antes el Hotel 28 estaba en los pisos 7 y 8 pero que cerraron.
Fue una sorpresa y un problema, primero porque perdí mucho tiempo tratando de solucionar el asunto y porque casi nadie habla inglés y no podían ayudarme.

Pros:

Location was nice close to Mall 28 and rail station.

The rooms are not clean, we cound make up prints on the water cups.

One of the beds was broken.

Beds are not comfortable.

No phones at the rooms so whenever we need to talk the hotel staff we need to go down to 7th floor.

Hotel reception asked me to send them Expedia payment vouture as a proof.that i have paid ...

I Never recommend staying at this hotel

Pros:

Located in the city center. Friendly staff. Saw some customers smoking in breakfast room. Continuing renovation annoys. Azerbaijan people are the most attractive part of the trip; so friendly, so kind, so helpful.

Very bad experience
Pros:

rude and unhelpful stuff, terrible services, dirty and smelly, bad decoration, the only good thing is the location but even thou we spend 1 hour to find it because it was inside a building with no sign or and logo.
