Breakfast was amazing. Cozy little place, with friendly stuff. A little bit outdate but we enjoyed nevertheless.

The location is picturesque, quiet and cozy with free parking and great national park nearby. The building is in good condition and provides sufficient level of comfort. Breakfast was ample and tasty. The team is friendly and helpful.

The Internet is very slow. i can not even connect, though our room is on 1st floor only. The room is old as well the facilities, need to some maintenance. Air-conditioning is not cooling well.

The location and facilities of the hotel was very good ( it’s not in the city center though but easy to reach ) The staff tried to help us for our needs
None of the staff could speak English which made everything complicated. I believe they need to at least one staff to communicate international guests.
In the first place the price which the staff offered us was more than we were offered on Booking.com, so I think it was kinda trying to get more money from guests.

We had a parking slot. We had a room with balcony. Size of the room was small.
Bathroom was needs a refurbishment. water was warm and with enough pressure. It would be good to have a big sign on the street, tho hotel was a litte bit hidden.

Discrepancy between the description of the room and reality: the room was not equipped with air-condition that present in description. We had visit in Borjomi in cold period, and there were no any possibilities to warm the room.
