Great Location, But Lacking in Cleanliness and Amenities

The only really good thing about this hotel is that it’s very close to the lake and offers a beautiful view from the big balcony. The cleanliness was just okay, not as clean as I would have liked.

One major downside is that they don’t have an elevator, so I had to take the stairs. However, the receptionist was very nice and offered to help with my luggage, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s an average stay, but the view and location near the lake are definite highlights.

الفندق لا يوجد به مصعد (أسنصير) وكان الحمام يحتاج لصيانة وكذلك يوجد بجانب الفندق مكان أعمال ترميم

I didn’t expect this hotel to be this good! Amazing hospitality. It was squeaky clean with modern bathrooms. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was wonderful. Loved it!!!!

The only con is, it will be hard to find a person who can speak English in Uzongol area. So just download Google translate. The staff went above and beyond to help us with anything we need.

Inflexible cancellation policy. They tried to delete my comments from Google review. They said staff speaks English but when I called no one could communicate in English at all.

We the deluxe double room with lake view. The room is cert clesn and smells nice. The balcony with the lake view is just right. The location is perfect it's 5 minutes walk from the mosque and the lake. Staff is very friendly and polite. We had a reservation for 1 night and immediately extended for another. Highly recommended

Herşey çok güzeldi. Temiz bir hotel. Odalar güzel ve konforlu. Görevliler ilgili. Konumu çok güzel.

Yer konum olarak cok guzel temizligi ve odasi iyiydi balkonundan uzungol rahatlikla gorunuyor. Kahvalti olarak cok birsey beklemeyin derim onun haricinde gayet memnun kaldim

الفندق على مرتفع ومكون من طابقين لا يتوفر فيه مصعد
انصح عموما لمن يذهب الى اوزنجول ان تكون معه سيارة

أقامة مميزة وممتعة خاصة نظافة المكان وشكل المكان مثل الصور تماما. خدمة مميزة خاصة من الاخ السوري. الفندق يبعد عن المنطقة الحية بالقرب من البحيرة حوالي ٧- ١٠ دقائق مشي. الفندق بطل. انا حجزت الغرفة الثلاثية المطله على البحيرة على انا كنا شخصين بس لانها احلى، انتبهوا لاتحجزون الجناح الا لما تتأكدون ان الاوتيل حدّث الجناح الى مستوى الغرف الاخرى. المبلغ للحجز كان جداً ممتاز ٢٧٠ ريال لليلة الواحدة
