Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt ziemlich enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr alt, und schon von außen wirkt vieles kaputt und ungepflegt. Besonders die Treppen zum Eingang waren sehr rutschig, was wir als unangenehm und unsicher empfunden haben.

Der Eingangsbereich war zwar etwas moderner gestaltet, allerdings war der Weg zu unserem Zimmer sehr weit. Dabei mussten wir an einer Praxis vorbeigehen, wo ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch herrschte.

Das Zimmer selbst war sehr alt, sehr staubig und leider auch nicht sauber. Im Badezimmer war das Waschbecken kaputt und die Dusche stark verschimmelt, was für uns absolut nicht akzeptabel war.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung – man wurde satt, aber für ein Hotel hätten wir mehr erwartet. Es gab keine warmen Eierspeisen und am ersten Tag mussten wir trotz nur drei Personen im Frühstücksraum etwa 15 Minuten auf unseren Kaffee warten.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch das Personal, das durchweg sehr freundlich war.

Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Für ein verlängertes Wochenende sehr gut geeignet.
Pros:

Frühstück ok, es ist alles da. Kaffee am Tisch hätte etwas frischer sein können, man kann aber auch Cappuccino, Latte etc. seperat bestellen.
Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, man kann die Innenstadt und Kurparkanlagen fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichen.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit, am Nachmittag mal einen Kaffee oder Snack einzunehmen.

Ich hätte mir abwechslungsreiches Obstangebot zum Frühstück gewünscht. Es gab täglich Äpfel, Birne und Kiwi. Saisonal wäre Weintraube, Banane noch schön gewesen.

Auf Grund der zentralen Lage gut geeignet für einen Kurzurlaub in Bad Kissingen

Frühstück war in Ordnung, leider spricht das Personal im Restaurant kaum Deutsch, aber alle sind sehr freundlich.
