Very nice
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was beautiful and neat, the staff was friendly, food (breakfast and dinner) was rich with variety and tasty. The spa area was quite small, but it was beautiful and we had relaxing time there. Couldn't have asked for more!

Pros:

Kindness, hospitality and nice places, enchanting landscapes. The service is great and the cost is good.
There's the welness area, bicycle service and free card for the travel and culture. The cleanig is excellent.

Quite good accomodation but bathroom furnishing to improve
Pros:

The hotel has a good position, very closed to the lake. Excellent food and services: people of the staff is kind and the atmosphere is familiar.
Regarding the accomodation, the bathroom furnishing should be update: shower box don not close and rubber carpet on the shower base plate slide dangerously.
Some of the extra services booked via web were not available in the hotel.

Ski Trip Hotel Bertoldi
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with lovely spa area, which was great after skiing.. Family room was spacious with lovely decor. Delicious and generous food served by friendly staff. Hope to return soon.

Good hotel for your ski-vacation
Pros:

The hotel has first of all a very good price-quality ratio, it is excellent for what you pay for. Very nice staff, helpful all the time, tasteful diners and a really very good breakfast, important for a ski-day. The bus to the slopes of both Lavarone and Folgaria (bigger but also a bit further away) leave just in front of this typical friendly family-run hotel.
