There were multiple leaks in the room, actually had to leave the hotel. I told the staff and they asked if they could still rent the room out!?

Pros:

Views to the night city.

Cons:

Floor was half of black. There was a layer of dust on the cupboards. Kitchen was dirty and we didn't cook. Windowas and balcon was very dirty. Smell wasn't good.

Pros:

Отличный вид из окна и кухня с балконом. На этом плюсы закончились.

Cons:

Именно наш номер был убитый. В ванной комнате у душевой кабинки была оторвана дверь и при мытье вся вода лилась на унитаз. Да и сам номер уставший. Оценка - трояк, с натяжкой.

Best views in the city for a reasonable budget
Pros:

Awesome place for a short stay - all instructions were given nicely, and the Manager will guide you through everywhere it’s needed. The best views of the City, all required amenities supplied as needed for a short stay.

Cons:

For a short stay, nothing that I would’ve had a reservation on, everything was good. Enjoy your stay!

The hostest was the most adorable woman I've met. She made sure that everything was good about my stay.
Pros:

It was in the center and the price was reasonable. The view was heavenly. The property was clean and very cozy.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like is the wallpaper, it wasn't good for my taste.

Pros:

Неплохие виды с балкона, недалеко от центра

Cons:

Очень плохой интернет в номере вечером, наверное не выдерживает нагрузку от всех пользователей сеть, жутко гудел холодильник, спать было с ним не возможно, уборка в номере была сделана поверхностно, на балконе не посидеть , стулья сломаны, краска облезла.... Снимали номер до этого в соседнем подъезде, было и дешевле и аккуратнее и сам номер больше.
