We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rudi. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout. The beds were very comfortable with crisp, clean sheets, and we appreciated the lovely toiletries and soft, fresh-smelling towels. They even brought puzzles to our room to keep our daughters entertained, which was such a thoughtful touch.

We used the hotel as our base while travelling around Kenya—leaving our luggage there as we explored the Masai Mara, Ol Pejeta, the lakes, and Mombasa. The laundry service was efficient and reasonably priced, with our clothes returned beautifully folded and fresh.

One of the highlights was when the staff surprised our daughter with a sweet birthday greeting, which made her feel truly special.

Lucious greenery in a house that parallels the sweet scent of home on every corner.
Pros:

It’s English breakfast hot and fresh, I enjoyed it. It’s not a buffet breakfast so you have to order at night and need to give some time for it to be prepared. If you are in a rush need to wake up a little bit early
The environment is very quite, clean and safe, nice outdoor garden.

Cons:

There is no hot water in the washing basin only cold water. Also showers has warm water not hot, it’s like it’s already mixed and the first two days showered in cold water

Very warm welcoming reception/concierge on arrival who were very obliging for the duration of the stay. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Good room facilities including lovely shower products. Good value for money. Would stay again.

Cons:

Breakfast space was a little cold but probably my fault for not bringing warmer clothes. I missed not having a TV.
