Die Lage des Hotels war zentral im Old Quarter.
Die Unterkunft hatte Schimmel im Treppenhaus. Das Bad hat sich nicht im Zimmer befunden. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, haben modrig gerochen und das Bettlaken war dreckig. Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels war mit Möbeln zugestellt, es war sehr chaotisch.

Lovely and helpful staff and hotel owner.
The hotel owner keep updated us, assisted and keep in touch with us before and during the stay.
So many shops and dobby nearby too.
Overall okay, the only thing is there is no lift to go upstairs 😅..But its no big problem..
Loved this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. The location made getting around easy. Would highly recommend and would happily return.
Only negative aspect of this hotel is absence of lift. Had to walk the stairs till 4th floor everytime. But got help with my suitcases from hotel staff.

The location good and close to everything and the staff are friendly
The room was given to me in the 4th floor and the hotel doesn’t have elevator. You have to think 100 times before you go down because of the stairs. Also the location was very noisy until 3 am you can’t sleep because of the party’s in the near by shops. Very bad experience in this hotel and not recommended at all .
Location and comfy bed
No window and bathroom being a walk from the room
Lovely family run hotel in a great area. We made the mistake of booking the cheapest room through Expedia. It was tiny with no window for daylight and our “private” bathroom/ toilet was in the hallway outside of our room. Totally our fault but a terrible room. We did see in to the other rooms and they had daylight and looked very good.
We stayed in a family room (4 adults) and had a great experience. The hotel doesn't have a lift, but the staff were quick to help and kindly carried our bags up to the room. The beds were unbelievably comfortable—like sleeping on clouds—and the room itself was spacious, clean, and really good value for money. It was exactly what we were expecting.
The location was excellent too. We were able to walk everywhere, which made exploring super easy. The hotel also helped organise our airport transfers, which was a huge help. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—really lovely people.
Would definitely recommend this place for a simple, comfy, and convenient stay!
The wifi cut in and out, but we had our own data so that didn't affect us.
