Pros:

Beautiful views, super friendly and knowledgable host - we were treated to chocolates on arrival!

Cons:

Outdoor kitchen meant the benches and tables etc were dirty.

Very comfortable and well equipped accommodation.
Pros:

Extremely clean, very well appointed property. Very large and comfortable bed. Owner was very keen to advise us for local attractions and there were lots of great information in room. Excellent bathroom shower and again spotlessly clean. Outside area again very well appointed. Obviously owner has tried very hard to make this place perfect. Chocolates on arrival nice touch.

Cons:

There is a steep drive. Not really a problem but could be pre notified. Some decorative items were somewhat eclectic.

Cute little studio with en suite and a garden kitchen. Nice views and. Great host who provided a comfortable stay.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The views were sensational. The bed was super comfy and the shower was huge and hot. You also get your own fireplace. It was only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Catherine was lovely and very easy to communicate with and added some thoughtful little things to the stay like chocolate, make up wipes and dressing gowns. Definitely would stay again.

Homely base to explore Albany and all its amazing national parks and beaches
Pros:

Catherine and Desmond were super helpful and accommodating hosts. Fantastic shower and comfortable bed plus lots of nice little touches that made us feel at home. The outdoor kitchen was fun. Great position to explore the area - C gave us lots of useful tips on where to go.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable and very well situated with just a short walk into town. Relaxing outside sitting area overlooking a lake and the bay. Modern bathroom facilities and friendly hosts. We were very happy to be able to do some washing, which is always a bonus!

Pros:

The apartment (bedroom and bathroom) were beautifully decorated.
Bed was very comfortable with a heated blanket if needed.
Small touches like tea, coffee, water and chocolates made all the difference.
Host (Catherine) gave great recommendation for sight seeing and local live music.
I wish I had stayed longer in Albany.

Grateful for use of washing machine and dryer. Catherine went extra mile

Cons:

Decor a bit eclectic (art, as always, in the eye of the beholder) but not detracting from our happy stay.
A little hard to understand the extra (summertime) outdoor covered- kitchen facilities... until we got there.
