Good Houses Apartment

It's very quiet place at end of soi 41, with swimming pool in separate area.
Rooms are a bit dated, but clean though. I'm not so choosy on mattresses, but this one didn't felt comfortable.
Their main business is apparently long stay room rent, but they offer also rooms per night (e.g. through Agoda). It shows what their main business is, because it's hard to get any room service, being it cleaning room, changing towels or bed sheets, bottle of water.
You have to call by telephone because very rarely someone stays at reception.
Only calling will get yourself a bottle of water. But besides the water,
I couldn't get any further than cleaning room and changing sheets,
after 3 days and several requests, when staying there 4 nights.

The location was for us not the most convenient (there are like 3km to walk from the sky train, around 80bt by taxi). For the airport around 300bt by taxi, 30min.

The room was clean, good bed (covers can be better) and bathroom.

Before going to the airport at the end of the day, they satisfied our request for taking a shower. Thanks to them.

Property is off the main rd which isnt lit up well quite far from centre but it's peacefull clean and the pool is a good size,manageress is helpful and nice ,room cleaned on request ,fresh towels on request,microwave and hot water in reception also coffee and snacks available to buy.

Needs a renovation for the price - looks a little aged compared to the photos. For the price a little high for what you get. However staff are friendly and helpful and the pool is fine. Its in a quite street not to much around but if you want to rest up a good location.

1. Rooms look absolutely nothing like the photo and I don’t mean good camera placement...complete fabrication
2. They unlawfully charge a ridiculous amount for electric and water which as stated is illegal
3. You will never see you deposit...if you give them cash it’s as good as gone

These are the kind of property owners that give Thai landlords a bad reputation. Absolutely horrible, I’ve spent weeks stopping by and calling only for them to hang up on me and refuse receipts of payment.

We left with mixed emotions from this lodge. For the money that we paid is a very good apartment building with an excellent garden and swimming pool,away from the noise of the city.
This "away" however is a very big negative if you don't have your own car. The distance from the main road is not walk-able (you have the sun during the day and the stray dogs at night).
The staff is very polite and helpful to find you a taxi but even in this case it takes usually more than 20 minutes for the taxi to arrive thing that in a city like Bangkok can annoy you...
No issues with cleaning and room facilities but they can do it better... I think. If I take my car next time I can stay again there.

VERY healpfull staff and lovely enviroment, though far from the main atractions. some shops around and few places to eat out and to have take away. massage and all u need for a comfi life for few days with your family.

We were there fore three days and every thing was updated and working, it looks awful from the outside but when you try it you will be pleasantly surprised plus the staff was friendly and the pool was nice, we would be happy to stay again so if you need a cosy place to stay please try it out.

Stayed here recently on a weekend away to Bangkok. Decided to stay this side of the city as it's not as busy and a much nicer cleaner area but still easy to get everywhere by bts. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to the btw but there are plenty of motorbike taxis or car taxis to take you. the staff always offered to get us a taxi when we left the hotel. they are very friendly and helpful. We booked a superior double room which was really nice. It was a big room aircon and very comfortable. There is a pool at the hotel outside. It's really clean. There are 2 slides and an area to sit out and sunbathe. There is a beautiful park nearby too and plenty of places to eat in the area. Lovely hotel would definitely recommend.

Lack of English staff, far from main road, old building, many mosquitos, no restaurant, no breakfast..

Not worth it with the price..! Better to stay in a hotel which located in the main road.

I booked for 6 days, and then I cut only 2 days as I couldn't stay longer anymore..

I paid cash in the first day about 5700 baht (6days+500baht deposit). But for stay only 2 days, I only get return only 1500baht..!!!!!

I am so disappointed..

The staff was nice though, ride me by motorbike to the main road.

But I am not recommended this hotel since I was not comfortable with the room, the location and the environment here.
