Location

Cons:

We were kept waiting at the reception though it was hours after check in time. The en suite bathroom was outside open to the elements with mosquito pouring in to the bedroom. There were no mosquito nets at a time there is a Dengue epidemic.

Il bagno era all’esterno senza che fosse stato segnalato in sede di prenotazione, le porte presentavano alcune fessure da cui sono entrati insetti e gechi e le lenzuola avevano alcune macchie

The location of the hotel is very nice bordering the Nuwara wewa tank. The garden is full of trees and the environment is tranquil.

We had our breakfast in the restaurant, but its very basic.We have to make our own tea at the buffet corner with available tea making facilities.
This was our 4th visit to this hotel, we very much like the hotel as the location just front of the lake, and the nature setup and peaceful environment. We observed that hotel service and standards has gone down compared to our previous visits..
