Personnel d'accueil peu anglophone mais pouvant quand même vous accueillir et vous renseigner. Personnel de chambre toujours dédié! Petit-déjeuner très correct, mais attention, on ne sert que du thé comme boisson chaude: un thé au lait, ce n'est pas mal non plus. Terrace accessible 24h/24 avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer de Marmara. La chambre était calme. Hôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur de la ville avec toutes les options de restauration possibles. Je reviendrai. SD et OU

Not recommending at all.
Pros:

It was a nice hotel
Clean? Yes

Cons:

but you do not wish that they give you the back of the building rooms because of the night clubs nearby.
And the hot water ends after 12 at night
I also asked for the room change but they didn’t accept my request

Terrible experience
Pros:

Helpful Mustafa at the reception the only good bit

Cons:

It is a rundown hotel which is next to a park /nightclub which is super noisy through the whole night with loud music and traffic. The room is full of mosquitoes as the doors are poorly fitted with large gaps between the door and the frame. The toilet flush was broken and the toilet seat was dirty and yellow stained.

Absolutely wrong location in booking
Pros:

Location is good,view was amazing

Cons:

The location in Booking and real location of hotel is absolutely different!!! Be careful, 50 minutes by foot nor booking nor hotel didn’t apologize for such mistake.
Very close some club/bar something , till 2:00 pm load music.
Very loud climate machine
