The great check in experience was made possible by the very efficient Mr Pear. He noted that I was a regular customer who always booked the premier king Corner Plus room and I was a One Harmony member. He duly upgraded my party and me to allow us access to the Executive Lounge on the 21st floor which was an excellent place to enjoy privacy and the view. it was a nice thought and went a long way to secure my continued support.
The only thing missing in the Hotel is a nice cozy sports bar that should be tucked away in some corner.
Quiet, polite, clean typical Japanese
Very bland, nothing too fancy. For instance the pool could have fountains or a waterfall or different sections but it’s just a rectangle.
Gym is not a serious one. Very small with a couple machines.
Facile d’accès. Hôtel récent très bien entretenu. Chambre vaste, d’angle, étage supérieur. Belle vue , excellente insonorisation.

Une dizaine de restaurants dans le même bâtiment ( Japonais, Chinois, Coréens etc…) Il est prudent de réserver.
Piscine de bonne dimension, on aimerait plus de verdure et de parasols.

Lovely hotel, good facilities, room very modern & well equipped. Lovely view of Bangkok. Bed was extremely comfortable. Japanese toilet! Staff were helpful & friendly. Location was right next to the BTS so good for transport. Good restaurant options nearby
We tried the breakfast one day & it was ok but not amazing, in our opinion not worth the ££, although there was a large selection of food.

Beautiful hotel with lovely interior, super clean. Location wise is super handy, and there's a shortcut to go straight to the BTS
Issues with the bath drowning, and then tried for early check-in, front counter tried to charge us for a full day even though we were 30 minutes out from paying the half day price. Just a bit sneaky in that aspect...
