Pros:

Beautiful rooms, great bathroom and pool. One of the best breakfast buffets

リッチも良いし、スタッフは常に笑顔。何より日本語を話せるスタッフがいることです。

Cons:

1Fロビーや廊下に、香りがあると尚良い。朝食の日本食の提供されてる料理が変わってました。きっと料理担当が変わったのでは？と思いますが、もっと日本食に寄せて欲しいです。朝食に焼き魚は嬉しいが照り焼き味とかないですね。

何回も泊まってますが、バンコクで1番のホテルです。特に接客の親切さや対応が凄く良いです。また来ます。

Pros:

The great check in experience was made possible by the very efficient Mr Pear. He noted that I was a regular customer who always booked the premier king Corner Plus room and I was a One Harmony member. He duly upgraded my party and me to allow us access to the Executive Lounge on the 21st floor which was an excellent place to enjoy privacy and the view. it was a nice thought and went a long way to secure my continued support.

Cons:

The only thing missing in the Hotel is a nice cozy sports bar that should be tucked away in some corner.

Pros:

Quiet, polite, clean typical Japanese

Cons:

Very bland, nothing too fancy. For instance the pool could have fountains or a waterfall or different sections but it’s just a rectangle.
Gym is not a serious one. Very small with a couple machines.

Pros:

Facile d’accès. Hôtel récent très bien entretenu. Chambre vaste, d’angle, étage supérieur. Belle vue , excellente insonorisation.
Accueil très pro, sourire garanti.
Belle salle de bains, WC séparés.
Très bon petit déjeuner.
Une dizaine de restaurants dans le même bâtiment ( Japonais, Chinois, Coréens etc…) Il est prudent de réserver.

Cons:

Piscine de bonne dimension, on aimerait plus de verdure et de parasols.
