Pros:

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Ganz besonders erwähnen möchte ich den freundlichen Rezeptionist aus Nepal, er war sehr hilfreich, höflich und ausgesprochen sympathisch. Und hatte immer ein Lächeln, das hat uns gefreut!

The north tower is so much better….

The location was great and the buffet breakfast was very good for the price paid.. all food was fresh and hot & the dining staff were brilliant… also the guy who was working upon check out was also very friendly and kind.

The pillows were old and not comfortable.. the house keeping staff didn’t do good job and not very time efficient.. also they took our towels and didn’t replace. We had to ask for more, this happened on 2 days.. the reception staff lied and told us room service was closed at 10pm after we asked for an ice bucket. Another time it took 80 minutes to send an ice bucket. however we were informed later by the restaurant staff that room service close @11:15pm for drinks & 10:15pm for food.. so why did the Indian guy lie to us? Very disappointing especially considering the north tower has awesome staff & it was lovely to stay at the north tower, we thought the south tower would be the same but no…

You get what you pay for
Pros:

The staff on arrival were really very professional and efficient.The room was good value for money with a good view of the city . The television was of a good size and actually had channels that worked and one could watch.

Cons:

The entire hotel seemed a bit dated and in need of a refurbishment or just a refresh.When entering the elevator it was filthy,the mirrors had runs and hadn't been cleaned in ages.The room is actually quite nice and has a peace of glass between the room and the bathroom this too hadn't been cleaned for some time.I was due to leave at 05h00 in the morning and conveyed this to tge reception and she said they would make a lunch pack for us.She then called later and said breakfast would be served at 04h00 because of Ramadan,so suggested canceling the lunch pax and we could enjoy the buffet breakfast.On arriving for breakfast we were told that it was for muslims only and after a few minutes they reluctantly decided to make us lunch packs.This was the worst thing ever served to me.The bread was stale aswell as the pastries.Needless to say they went straight into the bin.ai hate wasting food byt that was not dit for human consumption.
We were on the 16th floor and could hear every car and motorbike that went past and I am half deaf 😳
