good experience
Pros:

such a good experience. semalam masa check in, ada sikit problem with my room but the staff handled it really well, then the staff bagi complimentary with free extra bed for 2 night. for sure will always came to this hotel again and again.

Value for money, accommodating staff despite Long wait for elevator, pool was smaller than I expected, rooftop restauran

Room The room was comfortable, and I especially liked the bathroom amenities. The hairdryer was a nice touch, and overall, the hotel offered great value for money.

Cons:

The elevator wait times were quite long, the pool was smaller than expected, and although the rooftop restaurant offered a great view, the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. I also experienced an issue with the iron, which sparked when plugged in, although the staff replaced it promptly. The TV was also quite basic and didn’t have Netflix or Smart TV features, which would have made the stay more enjoyable.

A pleasant experience, value for money
Pros:

Customer service of staffs of all department are really remarkable. All have a positive, serving attitude that I will remember.

Cons:

Two lifts are not adequate. Waiting time for lift is sometimes too high. And some rooms need renovation.

Disappointing Hilton

Staff were friendly and kind and location is great

Cons:

The elevators took over 10 minutes at times. As for the room I booked the Aircon wasn’t working. The blinds didn’t close the window completely or even close. And there was no hot water.
