Pros:

La atención del personal masculino excelente, las chicas deben ser las dueñas xq no solucionaban nada y siempre con gesto antipático.

Cons:

En 3/4 días no limpiaron, no cambiaron sábanas ni toallas
No hay un mísero refrigerador dónde poner agua, y el hotel te cobra absolutamente todo
Después de 3/4 días de hospedaje, pedimos una hora de check out later y la cobraban.

Chambre agréable et fonctionnelle. Nouveaux équipements. Excellent petit déjeuner.
Pros:

Chambre (un peu plus puisqu'il y a une kitchenette) . Très bon lit, TV avec chromecast, climatisation efficace, le tout assez neuf. Très bon petit déjeuner, très varié, beaucoup de choix, bien présenté. A 5 min à pied de la gare du Midi.

Good hotel in a very dangerous area
Pros:

Great room with decent space. Comfortable bed. There's a small fridge in the room. Helpful staff. Grocery store right next to it.

Cons:

The shower glass door only went halfway, so a lot of water got into the bathroom floor. Sadly, the neighborhood is very dangerous, beware.

Nice, quiet apartment room in convenient location for Bruxelles Midi
Pros:

Convenient apartment room 5 min walk from station. Quiet. Friendly and very helpful staff after we arrived 4 hours late due to train delays. Comfortable bed. Bathroom lighting good. We only used the kettle in the mini kitchen as it was a brief stopover. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Small convenience/fruit and veg store opposite which was handy for buying drinks and snacks for Eurostar.

Cons:

It was quite cramped around the sides of the bed due to wardrobe/kitchen layout. We managed ok for 1 night, but would have struggled for longer.

Pleasant, relaxing.
Pros:

Very kind staff, nice design, comfortable room.

Cons:

Curtains, other textiles in the room would need some cleaning to eliminate the smell of humansl and tobacco. Double-checking of changing sheets and pilow cases would be necesary. Towels were nice and clean.

Wszystko dookoła na wyciągnięcie ręki . Centrum 2km, metro zaraz obok , dworzec również. Czystość na 10. Grzejnik w łazience zero kurzu ;)I ten komfort odnośnie ciszy. Ultra szczelne ściany i okna. Cisza i spokój. Polecam bardzo.

Todo bien, excepto que estuvimos 3 días , no limpiaron nunca la habitación, no cambiaron toallas, sábanas ni hablar.
El personal masculino impecable, el femenino desastre.

Podrán decir que son ecológico y sustentables pero una tendida de cama, una limpieza en pisos y baño...
