Ein paar Tage mal was anderes, ist gelungen.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage, besonders freundliche Mitarbeiter, schöner Innenpool, gute und flexible Küche (sonst wäre es schwierig für Vegetarier/Veganer).

Cons:

Duschvorhänge sind eigentlich überholt.
Das Frühstück wird um 4 Euro teurer, wenn man es nicht vorab gebucht hat.

Übernachten in schöner Umgebung
Pros:

Ruhige, schöne Lage, direkt am Kurpark mit Wanderwegen. Geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Umfangreiches Frühstück, mit der Möglichkeit draußen zu essen. Restaurant war auch o.k. Ausreichende Anzahl von Parkplätzen an der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Es war das Wochenende mit extremen 40 Grad Außentemperatur. Leider gab es weder eine Klimaanlage, noch Ventilatoren. Im normalen deutschen Sommer tritt das Problem aber nicht auf.

Hat uns gefallen bis auf die Klimatisierung.
Cons:

Die Lebensmittel hätten besser gekühlt sein müssen. Der Essensraum war nicht klimatisiert bei diesen hohen Temperaturen, war unerträglich dort zu Frühstücken.

Hotel verspielt seine Möglichkeiten. Mitarbeiterschulung für die Rezeption empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Hotelstruktur super geplant! Lage prima, Parkplatz gut, Frühstück super, aber mit 16€ relativ teuer, Personal sehr freundlich, Restaurant gut, Zimmer sehr sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen, kein Kühlschrank,

Cons:

Zimmerpreise und -vergabe bei der Anmeldung an der Rezeption mehr als abenteuerlich: ein schriftlich bestätigtes Zimmer ist dann doch nicht verfügbar, weil es einem anderen Gast gegeben wurde. Wer nur eine Nacht bucht, muss halt damit leben. Zweiter Fall: Plötzlich ist das gebuchte und im Preis schriftlich bestätigte Zimmer nachträglich 10€ teurer. Begründung: die Preise erhöhen sich bei gestiegener Zimmer-Auslastung im Hotel, Eine schriftliche Bestätigung wäre nicht verbindlich?????? Zusatzargument: das teurere Zimmer ist eine bessere und teurere Kategorie (aber bei der letzten Buchung des gleichen Zimmers galten noch niedrigere Ü-Preise.). Fazit: das Hotel ist gut und empfehlenswert, aber die kreative Preisgestaltung, um vielleicht die eigene bookingcom Provision nachträglich zu kompensieren kostet erhebliches Vertrauen!!! Die 10€ rauf oder runter sind egal. Nachträgliche Preisüberraschungen zu lasten des Kunden aber nicht!

Cons:

Das angebotene Frühstück ist viel zu teuer . Das Schwimmbad ist kaum zu benutzen, weil der Einstieg und Ausstieg ins Schwimmbecken für ältere Gäste einfach ungeeignet ist.
