The hotel was well presented with very friendly helpful staff who without exception made our stay wonderful. Our room was very comfortable and the food (both breakfast & dinner) was extremely good.

Lovely room opposite church.
There was no air conditioning in the room, which was ok but we did not have a fan either, every other room did. I do think the hotel should have done something about this, especially as we were there for 3 nights and the weather was extremely hot, we were experiencing a heatwave.
Love this hotel. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Staff are fab. And lovely products in the bathroom

leider ließ sich die Heizung im Zimmer nicht abschalten (an einem ohnehin ungewöhnlich heißen Tag), und das Zimmer war entsprechend überhitzt. Es hat recht lange gedauert, bis dieses Problem abgestellt werden konnte...
