A little bit high on the price
Room was comfortable and well stocked with toiletries and tea/coffee making items. Large choice of breakfast items available, both buffet and menu items.

Beautiful period property located near the centre very accessible to amenities.
Very lovely room, so comfortable and clean, the bed was so soft and cosy, lots of pillows and throws, lovely clean sheets and bath robes provided too.
The staff were exceptional, very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The food quality was excellent and it was very easy to book an evening meal.
We would definitely stay here again.
The only downfall (if you could call it that) was the car park was full when we arrived so we had to park near a residential house, but the hotel was very busy and full at this time, there seemed to be several functions going on so it guess it’s understandable, we weren’t too bothered though, we sat and had a drink and my husband went to check an hour later and we managed to get a space, so no big deal.

Disappointed with room size and food was not good - returned it to kitchen - despite a confirmation call from hotel regarding specific room request - was moved elsewhere . Expensive for a sleepover

Dogs!
Don't expect to be woken in the morning by a barking dog.
They're allowed in the lovely outside dining area,which means if you don't like dogs/have allergies to them,that's out.
Don't like the new help yourself breakfast.
