It's adjustable for a short trip
Pros:

The location of the hotel was really good, staff were friendly and there are lots of eatery options nearby. They were very responsive to our pre check in queries.

Cons:

The room wasn't very clean. There were stains on the bed. The sheets were rough and wasn't really comfortable to sleep on. I think they need to change the covers and sheets.

Rooms where neat and clean

Cons:

Parking was not provided and it was like all of sudden parking vanished when we came back to the hotel. When we asked the person there he responded to 'Ask manager' and gave his card. Even though I tried calling multiple times to multiple number in card there was no response.
If I had the option or if I'm revisiting Udupi, I wouldn't stay here.

Super.
Pros:

The service was super. We arrived late night tired and famished. The kitchen was closed. The staff was so condiderate that they cooked up a hot supper for us.

Hotel is in the centre of the city and all facilities are available nearby. Excellent place to stay
Pros:

No food available at the hotel. But nearby lot of good restaurants are there. We went to Woodlands hotel which was suggested by the manager and food there was excellent. Udupi Krishna temple is hardly 500 meters from the hotel

Overall good place
Cons:

They should keep Iron & table for the customers which is not available with them
Iron facility is only available from 9-6
This is one bad thing.
