Stay elsewhere if you need WiFi in room, worried about hygiene
Pros:

Nice size rooms, functioning AC, hot water, 2 free bottled water per day.

Cons:

Tiny elevator, no WiFi in rooms, no separate partition for shower causing entire area to get wet after a shower, issue with hygiene- dirty cups, not cleaned, dirty kettle, rude manager

Overall it was a good stay.
Pros:

Location is very good, it's in town center. Rooms were clean including washroom. Even though they don't have kitchen, tea/coffee was served to us whenever it was asked. Overall it was a good stay and value for money.

Cons:

If breakfast would be available in house and the parking place a bit bigger, it would have been better.

One of my worst stay. He will charge you extra. Avoid booking

The staff specifically the manager or owner of the hotel is rude and ill civilised. We had two Ac condition delux rooms which was clearly mentioned in the PDF, but he argued and harassed us saying it was NoN Ac and i had to pay 1000extra for AC. He said if you book online through booking he will charge extra. How can booking.com allow to list such hotels.
After complaining to booking.com with all the invoices, next day he apologised to me and my family for charging extra and asked not to write bad review in booking. He asured to refund 1000 immediately in my account but its been 3 days and that shameless owner hasnt refund my money yet. Avoid booking in this hotel. I have raised my complaint again to booking.com

Pros:

Hotel is clean and you can get restaurant near by beside hotel.Even auto stand is in front of hotel and you can get auto to go Malpe beach or for your leisure.Even the city buses and outstation bustand is beside the hotel which is ideal for 2-3 days traveller.

Cons:

I liked the hotel. In few rooms AC is too old defective but staff helped us to change the room immediately.
