Pros:

Me llevo una muy mala experiencia con este lugar. Hice mi reservación y no fue respetada. Ya que iba a llegar por la noche, llamé dos horas antes para avisar al establecimiento, me contestaron y me dijeron que no había ningún problema.
Llegamos a las 11:00 de la noche y al llegar me informaron que el hotel estaba sobrevendido, que ya no había lugares disponibles, sin embargo a mi ya me habían hecho el cargo.
El personal del hotel nos informó que nuestro problema era un problema común con la persona del hotel que gestiona las reservas online.
No fuimos los únicos que encontraron el hotel overbooked, pues al parecer otra persona tuvo el mismo problema el mismo día.
Contacté con expedia para revisar el tema del reembolso y al contactar expedia con el hotel, dan como excusa que no hay cuartos porque tuvieron una tormenta, lo cual también es falso.

Es por esto que no recomiendo este hotel si tu reserva es vía online, ya que no hay seriedad en el servicio a cliente.

Pros:

Las condiciones de todo este sitio son muy malas, desde la limpieza, instalaciones, supuesta alberca, etc. lo único es la atención de los encargados, que son amables. Tuve que estar solo una noche y perder las dos restantes ya que ni siquiera quisieron hacer la devolución. No se confien de las fotos las condiciones de todo este sitio no son adecuadas.
