Wir haben am Check in Abend vorzüglich im hauseigenen Restaurant gegessen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten hat uns super gefallen

sans les problèmes de wifi, j'ai trés apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel ; j'y retournerais
Pros:

Petit déjeuner extraordinaire : délicieux ; l'hôtel est situé à 5 mn de Cochem, en voiture, au calme ; grand parking gratuit devant l'hôtel ; il y a un petit snack de restauration rapide juste devant l'hôtel, mais possibilité de diner dans les 2 restaurants de l'hôtel, dont 1 avec buffet ;

Cons:

Gros problème de connexion Internet ; il n'y a pas de wifi dans les chambres ; nous devions descendre à la réception afin de pouvoir capter du wifi.

Don't miss this beautiful place !
Pros:

Very very good stay ! The hotel and city are amazing. Room was very spacious with balcony.
Breakfast was exactly we expeted with very crunchy bacons ;)
We loved it very much

Cons:

Nothing serious, only the first time it was a bit difficult to find the place

Zeer prettig verblijf
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede bedden

Cons:

Wij verbleven in een appartement, de badkamer had wat achterstallig onderhoud (douchekop en kapotte lamp) van het uitzicht op het balkon moet je je niet teveel voorstellen. Wij verbleven in de winter dus dit was geen probleem.

In het algemeen was alles prima verzorgd en aangenaam.
Pros:

Het personeel, de bediening en het onthaal was uitstekend.

Cons:

De informatie over de ligging van het appartement, de weg om het hotel vanaf het appartement bereiken was vrij lang en door de kinderkoppen voor mij moeilijk begaanbaar. Nergens stond dit vermeld.

Insgesamt war es jedoch ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war sehr schön und vollkommen ausreichend, mit einer guten Auswahl an Speisen. Die Zimmer waren ansprechend eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Auch die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen – zentral gelegen, sodass man die schöne Stadt Cochem schnell erreichen kann.

Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm machte. Insgesamt war es jedoch ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Was uns weniger gut gefallen hat, war die geringe Anzahl an Steckdosen im Zimmer. Außerdem hätten wir uns einen größeren Spiegel gewünscht – gerade beim Anziehen am Abend wäre das sehr hilfreich gewesen. Das ist zwar nur eine Kleinigkeit, aber ein größerer Spiegel sollte unserer Meinung nach in jedem Zimmer vorhanden sein.

Hotel-Fritz ist aus unserer Sicht eine Empfehlung.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr ansprechend. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Wanderungen, sowie direkt mit Blick auf die Mosel.
Super ist auch das Restaurant mit den für uns guten Öffnungszeiten.

Cons:

Eine Heizkörperverschraubung im Bad war undicht, sowie Stockflecken über der Dusche.
