Perfect location, comfy place to stay and great value for money,
Pros:

We have stayed here before and it’s a great location to get around to see everything. It’s clean and comfortable and spacious and great value for money. When you need somewhere to stay comfy and you’re out all day this is perfect and we will definitely stay again.

Cons:

It had everything we needed for our stay and there isn’t anything we don’t like apart from it could do with some milk if you need it for your tea or coffee.

The location was fine, but that was about it.

Cons:

They gave us a room that lacked air conditioning (even though some with were apparently available), the windows would only open 6 inches “due to security”, a fan that did not blow hardly any air and the windows opened onto the street where when people went outside of the room area to smoke the smoke came into your room. It was the most miserable night in a hotel ever. The bathroom did not have any bath mats or hand towels.

Upon booking another hotel in the middle of the night as we could not spend another night in the trapped heat of that room. They said that rooms with AC were available. Why that wasn’t discussed upon check in - unclear as no one could have tolerated the heat in that room. We mistakenly thought it would be better at night which was not the case.

On this occasion I travelled alone for a specific purpose and found the rooms a little remote
I was grateful I didn’t have luggage as was on fourth floor and no lifts

Two nights in London.
Pros:

Great location, close to tube station and shops. Room was nice and clean. Beds was comfortable. 10% off in the Italian restaurant downstairs and we had a really nice meal in there.

Cons:

The rooms and furnishings could do with freshening up a bit. But having said that I would definitely stop there again.

Excellent location, poor cleanliness.
Pros:

The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The room was air-conditioned, which made our stay comfortable, especially during warm days.

Cons:

The room was tidied every day, but the bed sheets were never changed during our 7-night stay. The towels had an unpleasant smell, and the floors were very dusty. There were large dust bunnies under the bed. Housekeeping was honestly the biggest disappointment of our stay.

Also, there is no elevator. Our room was on the third floor, so carrying luggage up and down the stairs was very difficult and inconvenient.

Perfect affordable Gem in Central Location and a delicious Italian Restuarant
Pros:

We had a whole apartment to ourselves. The hotel staff were really friendly, we were able to leave our luggage on check in day and check out day, and the restaurant underneath is an absolute gem. The rooms had air con which made the stay that little bit more comfortable, and the location so close to two Tube stations made getting around (with a child) super easy.
Would stay again.
If you're looking for a 4 star then this isn't the place, but for a family trip to London without breaking the bank to stay centrally, this was perfect.

Cons:

For our trip it was perfect, so nothing.
