Clean hotel close to Schwab Field.
Pros:

It was clean and very close to Schwab Field.

Cons:

High price due to event, Small restaurant closed early after I waited 15 min in line because they were too busy. Limited seating and not able to handle a crowd. Bar was out of wine. Outlet in room not working. Room door key stopped working. Maintenance fixed the door. They forgot wake up call.

Great location. Taco place and music venue across the street. how perfect!

Cons:

Didn't get the room I was supposed to.
I don't like that I have to pay for parking. There were plenty of spots. Sunday night should be free.

It was fine. I probably won't choose this place next time I'm in town.
Pros:

The bed was nice. The room was nice.

Cons:

Paid breakfast (that other hotels offer for free) and it was ice cold, not good, and expensive. Paid parking, it's your own lot, not sure why a guest should pay to park there. They paid to stay with you.

Make sure you establishment is staffed so customers are happy
Pros:

The vocation is great for either downtown Omaha or the airport

Cons:

They only have one person working at the bar. She was forced to cook and serve drinks. You would sit there for 45 minutes at times with an empty drink and nobody to help her.

Getting a receipt from the hotel was a pain. They claimed that booking needed to send the receipt. Everything in the receipt category on booking was slow.

Beautiful, modern hotel in great location.
Pros:

Modern and in a great location making walking to events easy.

Cons:

Some things in our room weren’t working, the floor was sticky, the shower was dirty, and the elevator smelled like weed.

Cons:

It was over priced for what it had to offer. Breakfast was not included and online said it was. The prices for the balcony and pool view are different but the rooms are exactly the same. I paid $70 more than what was suppose to be online. There’s no such thing as onsite parking because they make you paid a parking fee and online it doesn’t say there’s going to be an extra charge for parking. Hot water takes forever to come out of the shower
