Pros:

Disponibilità della signora alla reception che ha ovviato a un mio errore di prenotazione cambiandoci la camera che ci era stata assegnata con una più grande. Camera e bagno puliti e ordinati in un ambiente pulito, sereno e tranquillo. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggio dell'auto all'interno della struttura. Posizione non centrale ma con servizi pubblici poco lontano, se a Palermo ci tornerei.

Cons:

Noi siamo stati a ferragosto e forse questo aiuta, ma le strade attorno erano molto sporche.

Pros:

We needed to catch an early morning ferry to Cagliari. This location was perfect, only 5mins driving to ferry terminal. Quick response to access our room, helpful staff, lift available,. Room a good size, all as advertised on the site. Gated complex with easy parking. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Definitely recommend.

A good value for money spot to spend one night.
Pros:

It is a nice clean little hostel with a student dorm vibe that has it's own courtyard where you can park for free. The room was comfortable and spacious with its own fridge. Overall, it was really comfortable and quiet (even the room AC was noiseless) and the neighborhood seems safe (we walked even during nighttime). There's a cafe just across the street and a number of supermarkets in the vicinity. We only stayed for one night. It may be a little further from the old town, but we didn't mind walking.

Cons:

The check-in timeframe is a bit too narrow, but we took notice and made it within hours. However, there was no one at the desk when we arrived, the entrance was locked and we had to be let in by another guest. When we called the host, first it went to voicemail. On second try we reached a lady who spoke very basic English. She did arrive right away, but they should definitely make the check-in process smoother and more user friendly. Also, we were unaware that the whole facility has some connection to the Catholic Church. There was a cross in the room and some statues at the entrance. Some guests might find this off-putting, so it would be a good idea to advertise it beforehand.
