Nettes Hotel, aber zu viele Details mit denen wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt haben
Pros:

Wir haben eine höhere Zimmerkategorie bekommen, sehr schön und modern. Das Abendessen war lecker. Sauna sehr angenehm und schön auch der Entspannungsbereich.

Cons:

Es waren viele Kleinigkeiten, die uns nicht gefallen haben. Zum Beispiel war im Zimmer ein Paket für eine Schokolade als Geschenk 💝 aber ohne Schokolade, wahrscheinlich wurde es vergessen.. Das Schwimmbad war wirklich zu kalt, ich habe gezittert als ich rausging, war deshalb auch nur 1x drinnen. Wir wollten Wellnessen gehen, was wir bis zum Schluss nicht wirklich tun konnten.. Die Sauna war leider nur am Nachmittag offen ab 15 Uhr und wenn man nach der Übernachtung den Wellnessbereich nutzen will, zahlt man 25€ pro Person extra. Am Abend wurde das Licht bei unserem Tisch nicht angemacht, alle anderen hingegen schon. Nichts Schlimmes, aber in Summe haben wir gespürt, dass auf Details nicht sehr geachtet wird.
Interne Kommunikation des Personals war schlecht, bei uns ist um 8 Uhr morgens ein Zimmermädchen ins Zimmer hereingeplatzt. Man wusste anscheinend nicht dass wir im Zimmer waren. Für uns war das ein No Go. Haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Die Chefin war nett und hat uns versucht diese unangenehme Situation etwas zu erleichtern, mit einer netten Geste, das war immerhin positiv.

Ganz nettes Personal bzw Chefleute, tolle Weinkarte und sehr gute u kreative Küche
Die bereits renovierten Zimmer sind auch dem Standard entsprechend toll, Rest folgt heuer noch.
Das ganze Haus ist toll, kreativ u liebevoll dekoriert.

Cons:

Ist jetzt jammern auf hohem Niveau:
Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Straße, aber das weiß man vorher bzw die Fenster sind gut bzw was Außengeräusche betrifft ok.
Wellnessbereich ist zwar schön u angenehm, aber die Anzahl der Ruheliegen kann schon allein aus Platzgründen nicht der Anzahl der Hotelbetten entsprechen... und wir kennen ja das Problem einiger weltweit, die gerne Plätze/Liegen mit Handtüchern/Taschen reservieren u selbst gar nicht vor Ort sind (u da reden wir jetzt nicht von 15min Sauna...)

Pros:

Hrana je bila izuzetna. Jako kvalitetna, ukusna, obimna, raznovrsna. Oduševljeni smo. Osoblje - nikad ljubaznije. Sve je bilo na nivou. Sve je čisto, bazen i spa - divni. Nemamo zamerku. Ima besplatan autobus do skijališta u više termina ako uzmete ski pass u hotelu. Na bazenu imaju grickalice besplatno, cajevi i voda sa voćem, kao i voće. U toku dana se u lounge-u moze uzeti besplatno strudla sa jabukom. Divni ljudi, svaka cast, doci cemo ponovo.

Určitě se do tohoto hotelu a lyžařského areálu Obereggen vrátíme
Pros:

Výborná lokalita, pár kilometrů od sjezdovek, se zastávkou autobusu přímo u hotelu. Rodinný hotel se skvělým vybavením, skvělou kuchyní a velmi vstřícným a ochotným personálem.

Un bellissimo hotel con un ottimo ristorante a due passi dalle piste da sci

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente. Ottima colazione e buonissimo ristorante.

Cons:

Per il rapporto qualità prezzo e le 4 stelle mi sarei aspettata qualche accortezza in più come: oltre al bagnoschiuma anche shampoo, balsamo e altri prodotti beauty in bagno. Oltre all’accappatoio avrei dato anche le ciabatte incluse nel prezzo per accedere alla spa. Un unico materasso e non due separati visto la scelta del letto matrimoniale.

Cons:

Piscina interna fredda, riscaldamento in camera che parte solo all’ora di cena quindi di giorno si gela e di notte si suda. Trattamento verso gli italiani diverso rispetto a tedeschi/austriaci. SPA inesistente con assenza di personale (bambini che si tuffavano bagnando gli ospiti che cercavano di rilassarsi)

Na przestrzeni lat, bywaliśmy w wielu hotelach, w wielu miejscach. W Das Mondschein, czuliśmy się cudownie zaopiekowani ( to wyróżnia ten HOTEL ). Obsługa przemiła ale taktowna, empatyczna i nienachalna. Widać dbałość o dobre samopoczucie gości.Posiłki znakomite. Świetna nowa strefa SPA ! Pokój nie był szczególnie piękny, jednak mieliśmy świadomość jego wyglądu i standardu, gdyż oddają to zdjęcia, za to apartament był wspaniale wyciszony. Wszędzie bardzo czysto ! Jesteśmy zachwyceni ! Dziękujemy. Wróciliśmy zadowoleni i wypoczęci.
