Beds were hard, good location close to beach and city. We spilt coffee and cleaned it up with one of the towels. Was charged 200,000 VND for it... bit ridiculous.

Excellent choice, right bang in the middle of everything and tucked into a calm lane that takes you right out of the everything and into the comfort of the apartment.
This is the second time i have chosen this hotel and it delivered all my expectations again.

업그레이드도 감사했고 위치가 대박이라 담번에도 무조건 여기로 가려고 해요. 사람들이 얘기하는 맛집은 다 도보거리이고 바로옆 빈펄플라자, 바다도 근처에요.

카운터 언니도 넘나 친절해서 한국에서 가져간 과자를 다 드리고 왔네요.

좋은위치. 조용한 호텔. 바다가보이는 전망. 모든것이 만족

가성비좋아요 친절하시고 야시장이 가깝고 퍼홍 나트랑대성당
그리고 레인포레스트 빈컴플라자하고 가깝습니다
그랩택시도 잘 잡히고 공항에서도 호텔주소 치니 바로 나옵니다
샤워시설 방이 커서 좋습니다

I booked this hotel (fully paid) for my dad for 1 night. My dad checked in the room 602 for 10 minutes and had to move out as the room was too bad to stay (frowsty, fuggy, smelly and the shape is likely triangle), the hotel refuse to transfer him to another room neither issue a refund. My dad head to leave to another hotel and make a new booking with another payment.

Had difficulty understanding ladies at desk but they did their best and their English was certainly better than my Vietnamese.

The hotel was clean, bed comfortable, staff was, ok WIFI, for the most part, friendly and spoke English. The night guy was a different story. I went for dinner and walked there on my way home I couldn't find the hotel. It's down a dark alley, I tried calling but no answer. So I called again I asked where the hotel is he couldn't understand what I was saying so he couldn't help. After an hour or more looking, I finally found it. He had turned to big sign off on the top of the 11 story building. Then at 11:30 at night he comes to my room asking if I need a taxis because I'm checking out. I told him no I'm checking out in the morning not at 11:30 PM. Who checks out at 11:30 at night? He had a screw loose or something. The ladies during the day was great. Strange how one rotten apple could ruin the whole trip but the ladies made up for the fool at night.

Alles ok

The room was big. Separate dining and living area. Location wise was in the middle of the city too. No regrets and enjoyed my stay.

新落成市景，清潔，有廚房不可煮食，沒有洗衣機，有小露台可曬衫。兩張大雙人床舒適，一家三口入住只有兩套毛巾疏洗用品。客服人員友善，代叫車比市價平。距離市中心及海鮮餐廳不遠。鄰近多建築工程進行，多塵。

Apartment in good condition, very clean, plenty of room.

새로 신축한 건물 이나 아직 수정할 부분이 좀 있다
주로 베트남 사람이 숙박을 하는것 같습니다
직원들은 매우 친절 하다
방은 아주 큰편 이다 허나 좀 더워서 아주 살짝 짜증 ㅋ 에어콘 새것인데 방크기에 비해 조금작다 위치는 아주 좋다 빈컴플라자 주변 걸어서 2분 포홍 쌀국수집이 아주 천천히 걸어서 오분정도 그러나 골목 안쪽에 있어 찾는데 조금 힘들다
