Great hotel, great experience, great people
Pros:

The hotel is really close to the point Where the bus drops You, easy to find and walkable. The check in was pretty easy and Ugur is very attentive. The installations couldn't be better, cozy place, comfy bed and silent to rest well.

The human quality of the staff and their will to help make your trip better. They have real information convenient for the client, not to trap tourists. Even though I don't usually like tours, I highly recommend to take the tours with Ugur, best Price comparing to agencies and visits to a bunch of places You Would be able to do by yourself

Pros:

Ugur is an exceptional host, super friendly and caring. He helped us arranging the shuttle from the airport and the hot air balloon booking at the best prices.
Besides, the girl working at the kitchen was really nice as she prepared take-away breakfast for us :)
I would really reccomend staying here also because the location is really good and the room was clean and comfortable.

Pros:

The location of the property was really good, easily accessible to the town center and few minutes walk from the main tourist attraction sites. Also, the staff were very accomodating with all our request. It was a smooth transaction from booking the hotel to the tours including the hot air balloon and airport transfer.

Cons:

The facilities were worn out and it would be really helpful for the next guest if they would give the room a deep clean.
