The location was good, and the service was pleasant, and it was clean
There was Wi-Fi, but it didn't work.
There was no restaurant.
The man on duty was decent.
Noise from industrial units on harbour starts at 4am, bath was old and stained, windows were in poor state of repair.

The Hotel is old and our room was tired to say the least. Nobody to be seen when we arrived had to phone to get someone to check us in. The only verbal communication from the guy was that if we wanted to have a shower (over the bath shower) run the hot tap in the bath for twenty minutes beforehand. That did work but we struggled to turn on the taps in the bath and even worse in the sink. I know it said when booking that breakfast was available on request but our interaction with the guy who checked us in was brief and we didn’t see another soul until next morning. The only other interaction was with the cleaner who was lovely and very helpful.

Lift out Of order. I asked how many steps, I was told "Quite a few" but no assistance offered with luggage.
Spacious bathroom was a bonus but the back of the door was filthy. Apparently the cleaning staff don't close the door!

This hotel was dirty and really run down. I was not able to stay and was told to contact bookingcom by the hotel and they would refund me for the 3 nights and now they won't. I did not spend a single night. The window in the room that was meant to be deluxe was open round the seals and did not close. The bathroom window had a crack in it and the bathroom door did not fully shut. The windows had condensation and were rotting with mold. The carpets were dirty, the shower was extremely old and bathroom needed replaced or at least cleaned the kettle was dirty inside also. The reception area was run down and smelly and the lift was out for order.
Nothing!!! DO NOT BOOK this hotel. Do not believe the pictures as they are very old. This is not habitable and I can't believe it has not been shut down.

Tiny room, not clean, very run down, heating stuck on, shower freezing, radiators making weird noise all night, bed extremely uncomfortable, pillow awful. Floor disgusting. WiFi didn't work and I had zero signal with EE. It was only £40 for the night so can't expect much but I'd have honestly rather saved the money and slept in my car. I've stayed in hostels that are million times better.
Exactly what I was looking for, a cheap room with a shower.

No shower soap provided. Hand soap provided but had been very watered down in a very old seeming plastic bottle.
It’s in a good location and the room was ok if a bit basic. Plus we could store our bikes indoors which was great
Everything was just ok. We had a fosters and a Guinness which was excellent nice and cold. Was a gem needing some polish.Definitely didn’t wow me, very basic.
It must be the worst hotel I have stayed in. It advertised sea view which is true but between the Windows’ and the view was large containers and old industrial buildings. Windows were condensated and grubby. Room was clean but dated. Not seen maintenance for years.
