Pros:

El personal es muy amable, muy respetuoso y atento, las instalaciones son limpias y cómodas, está muy central a super mercados como el Mercadona y el día, y la facilidad para el transporte ya que está justo frente a la estación de autobuses

Correcto, lo que se puede estar.
Pros:

Ubicación útil por estar al lado de la estación de buses. Si vas al centro, si está un poco mas alejado.

Cons:

Las sabanas y el aire acondicionado muy viejos. Las paredes donde estan las llaves de paso del agua tambien se ven descuidadas. Está poco renovado en general.
