Pros:

Le personnel était très cordial et amical. La chambre correspondait à mes attentes et était toujours propre. Le restaurant est bon et peu cher. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bon. Merci pour l'expérience, je reviendrai !

Misleading photos and very disappointing stay
Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.

We booked the hotel through Booking.com based on the photos shared by the property. However, when we arrived, we realized that the photos were either AI-generated, heavily edited, or simply did not reflect reality. The view from the room was completely different from what was advertised. In the pictures, it looked like the room had a peaceful mountain view, but in reality it overlooked buildings, houses, streets, and some mountains in the distance.

The room also lacked privacy. Most of the walls were made of glass, and it was possible to see inside the room from outside, especially in the sauna area, where there were no curtains. The room faced streets and nearby buildings, and there was construction work close to the hotel, which caused noise and made the stay less relaxing.

Several facilities were not working properly, including the pool and the sauna. We had to contact the hotel staff more than once to ask them to fix these issues, and by the time they were addressed, we had very little time left to actually enjoy the facilities.

Another issue was the limited availability of reception staff. The reception was only open until 10:00 p.m., and the only ways to contact them were either by going downstairs or messaging them on WhatsApp. Unfortunately, replies often took hours, which was very inconvenient.

The room was also extremely hot, and we could not sleep comfortably. There was no air conditioning, and there were no windows that could be opened to let fresh air in.

Overall, the hotel did not match the photos or expectations created on Booking.com. The lack of privacy, misleading photos, non-working facilities, noise, poor communication, and uncomfortable room temperature made our stay very disappointing.

Wer auf Baustellenlärm steht ist hier genau richtig.

Das Personal und das kleine Örtchen Völs

Cons:

Wir erhielten 3 Tage vor Anreise eine Mail das, dass Hotel in einem Eck des Hauses eine Baustelle hat. Vor Ort erwies sich dies als Großbaustelle , mit Baustellenlärm ab 7 Uhr, das bedeutet, ein Ausschlafen und ruhiges Frühstück war nie möglich. Das angebriesene Fitnessstudio wurde wegen der Baustelle geräumt. Eine Flasche Rotwein (31€) und hochwertigere Zimmer wurde uns darauf hin geschenkt. Frühstück war ok, aber nichts besonderes.

the hotel and facilities were luxurious.
Pros:

My room was excellent. It was comfortable and spacious.The bar was very comfortable with the staff very attentive to our wishes. The pool was larger than I had expected and very comforatable.
