Poorly maintained hotel with misleading room allocation, slow service, and zero customer empathy.
Pros:

It was close to Mall road.

Cons:

I had booked two king-size rooms, but upon arrival was given queen-size rooms instead. When I raised the issue, the receptionist argued that the mattress thickness made it equivalent to a king-size bed, even though the bed itself was only about 5 feet wide.

The overall experience was disappointing:

The rooms did not have a TV.
Requests for assistance or maintenance typically took 20–30 minutes to be addressed.
The rooms had a strong damp/seepage smell.
There was no hot water available.
The bathroom door got locked, and room service took a long time to assist.
The lift/elevator was not functioning.
Parking is very limited, with only 4–5 spots available and no guaranteed parking.
Guests are expected to pay upfront; otherwise, there is a risk of the booking being cancelled.

Most importantly, there was a complete lack of customer empathy and hospitality from the staff. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Very bad amenities
We booked Delux room with balcony but on reaching hotel there is no balcony
Then I give more 1500 rs per night for executive room with balcony ( it is good)
Pl do not go with photos posted on booking.com they are fake
And also they will demand rs 1500 advance for booking confirmation
Food is also not good
Parking is so poor

Staff behavior, delay in room service for the things which was complementary, such as tea/coffee, water, towel, no bathroom sleepers, room windows were not opening, if opened then not locking, only one fan in family room.

It was a bad stay.
Pros:

Staff was courteous.

Cons:

I was misguided on the booking. I booked it well in advance. I was promised a room with balcony but to my dismay the room was small and the balcony didnt have any view. There was no natural light in the room. The pillows and sheets were dirty, which I got changed. The electric kettle was all black and burnt from inside.
