I didn't like the No entertainment on the Sunday, bingo & a Quiz, I don't think so, we had to go & spend our ££ in a other Hotel , the line up was for 7nites of somthink, but not on Sunday? False advertising

Hotel location is right on Promenade, 5 mins walk to reach Llandudno Pier.
Parking will be a big challenge as there won't be any spaces on Promenade.
I have to park literally at end of road & walk back 10mins to Hotel.
Not all rooms are with Beach view, so have to select specifically. Indoor Pool is closed.

Breakfast was poor, beds were uncomfortable. The property is showing its age and needs modernisation.
The location was great and it’s good value for money. The bingo was fun too.
I have stayed before in the winter and really liked the entertainment so it was a bit disappointing to bring my mum along this time and find that there was none after the bingo ended that night. Also i had hoped the pool would be open at 8am and not 9am.

The Bar and bar facilities were adequate, but a little over priced.
Very poor disabled access to the rooms. Even though there was a lift, once up onto the floor, it was a small maze of corridors that we found extremely hard to navigate a wheelchair through. Taking into account that I let the hotel know of this, we were placed in two rooms on the first floor, which made getting the elderly disabled gentleman to bed each night very difficult.
