Lovely hotel

Pros:

Very friendly staff cleaners, waiters everyone. Everywhere was immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious and the entertainment in the evenings really good.

A nice change from using other hotels. A good location.
Pros:

This was the first time we stayed at the hotel. We thought we'd give it a try and we were very happy with our choice. Thanks to the lovely staff who were helpful and for the nice breakfast. Will be back.

Cons:

Due to the weather being bad with extreme wind we had a lot of draught. I know the windows are wood and old. Nevertheless. I tape the window and filled the gaps with cleaning cloth and tape. This solved the problem.

Location and value for money. Bedroom clean, comfortable bed and great pillows.
Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Limited parking but I did manage to get a space. Difficulty getting luggage to and from the car. The way to reception was climbing a metal emergency outside stairs.. However in fairness reception did get a member of staff to help.

Fabulous That's Chatsworth house

Pleasant stay. Creaking floorboards. Rooms not very soundproof.
Pros:

Central location. Clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Bathroom needed hook on bathroom door for dressing gown. Also shelf required in bathroom for toiletries.

Pros:

Brilliant service staff lovely and friendly good location room very clean bathroom clean beds clean and comfy view was perfect swimming area very clean 10/10 cleaning staff fantastic brilliant customer service also good for children quite hotel. Would recmend.
