Great location, good breakfast and friendly staff - would stay again

The pool was nice

A bit ‘tired’ in places - although there was decorating work in place on our floor.

Pros:

This hotel is old but lovely, great food
Great staff and great entertainment.
This is our second time here and we can't wait to come back.

Pleasant stay mostly
Pros:

Bar staff were great. The gentleman on reception before checking in was really helpfull .

Cons:

Coach loads seem to take priority over private bookings .
Coffee was only luke warm even though it was on a hot plate .
Showers need a shelf for putting your shampoo etc on it as not much room in there .
Evening entertainment could have been better ,again catering for the coach load people but when i asked for a couple of songs he bluntly said no !!

Pros:

Location was good, entertainment in the evening was professional, a well run hotel.

The breakfast was good, spacious area to eat and the staff were efficient. The fact it had a pool was a bonus
