Value for money 2 night break
Pros:

Excellent location. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good choice for breakfast. Very comfortable beds, nice bedding & towels. The pool temperature was perfect. Lovely old hotel, a little tired but clean.

Cons:

Tv didn't work, they tried to fix it & offered an alternative room which we declined as only there 2 nights.

I would stay again at this hotel but will go out for Breakfast.
Pros:

The swimming pool was a lovely surprise for me and my Grandson. Lovely and clean pool.

Cons:

I travel a lot and the Breakfast was not very good. Bacon was over cooked, the toast was over done and asked for fresh toast and that was the same.

Lovely break in an affordable hotel
Pros:

Great location right on the beach front easy walk to attractions and restaurants

Cons:

Like most hotels in seaside locations it’s a little tired and dated but if you know this ahead of of time which we did we embraced it and had a good stay.

APPALLING, I WILL NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!!
Pros:

choice at breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and Beds comfortable.

Cons:

Twin room (152) very small with a sink in the room NOT the bathroom not really acceptable these days, travelling with a friend and it was not acceptable having to wash my bits in front of my friend with no privacy.
The room also had an offensive smell most of the time (drains smell) we did inform reception on departure not sure if they will investigate or not, I have a feeling we were not the only ones to complain about this smell.
Decided to book for dinner for the two nights (BIG MISTAKE) and costly for what was offered. The waiting staff at dinner and breakfast were appalling, felt like we were invisible had to get up from table to ask for menu (NO MENU) eventually someone came to ask us what we wanted (POOR CHOICE at dinner), thought it might be better on the second night but it wasn't, should have known better and cancelled! Breakfast on the second went to our allocated table no cutlery on the table so we took it from another table, then waited and waited for someone to come to us regarding drinks and toast which was supplies from the kitchen by waiting staff AGAIN FELT INVISIBLE had to get up from table to find someone and request toast and tea NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Wouldn’t stay their again
Pros:

I wanted just a double room but got put in a room with a double and a child the view was rubbish and the room didn’t have hot water for my first day the staff where lovely thoe the location was great don’t think the rooms are worth £100 a night especially a room I didn’t want

Cons:

Having hot water and a room I actually wanted a good view and maybe a discount on the room because it wasn’t what I asked for
