Nothing we didn't like
Beautiful building … a little faded in places and the shower head could do with being replaced 100% but the staff were incredible and the position was absolutely perfect for me.
Shower head was black with thick mould.
Ok i went to Witherspoons. Why not.
It's perhaps the bigest on this island, definetly the Bigest in Wales.

Location and it had lifts room nice and clean
Every thing the only negative was you need to look at the toasters for breakfast 1 was not working and the others need updating
Excellent location right on the sea front, well presented, very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. The evening meal was delicious and so was the breakfast - we requested vegan meals and the staff were very accommodating and the food was really good. Parking was very easy, and free, on nearby roads. Would definitely return, highly recommend!

A clean, spacious room, and great value for money with breakfast included.
Location, sea view, breakfast and half price drinks at the bar were all great.
Room 107 was not as advertised. It was much smaller, a tiny bathroom with the sink in the bedroom.
The curtains need to be blackout as there is a street light directly outside which shines very brightly all night.
Clean hotel excellent staff very helpful.
The radiator in room didn't work but it was resolved with two portable ones
love the hotel, stayed many times, could not have one bad thing to say about it
