a welcoming comfortable stay an the feeling that u were being looked after it was super
Pros:

staff were so helpful an pleasant they worked so hard the breakfast was organised to perfection no one waited long at all
rooms were pristine i was really pleased with everything there was always someone there to approach

Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

We were pleased there was a lift and the view from our room was splendid.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing could only eat cereal and toast hot breakfast looked awful. Also tv in room was so small unable to watch comfortably. I would advise some grab rails in bathroom as found it a challenge getting in shower/bath.

Visit could have been perfect if a comfy chair had been available especially with the bay window.
Pros:

very nice breakfast and perfect view and quite comfy beds.

Cons:

We both suffer from back problems and at home I usually get up about 4.30/5.0 and sit in a comfy chair with a blanket round me, but the only chairs in the room were dining style ones and not comfy for long term sitting on. Also the pillows were terrible, worst ever come across.
