Falta um segundo banheiro para comportar bem cinco pessoas.. mas sem dúvida que a acomodação vale muito a pena..Voltaríamos sem dúvida nenhuma

Pros:

Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha dato la possibilità di fare il check-in senza problemi non avendo un orario preciso. Ci ha regalato una bottiglia da 250 ml di olio e di vino prodotti da Lui. L'appartamento è centrale e c'è anche un parcheggio libero alle spalle della proprietà. Abbiamo dimenticato un tablet e Tommaso ce lo ha rispedito immediatamente. Contatteremo sicuramente il Sig. Tommaso quando torneremo in zona. Grazie

Abbiamo soggiornato a Palazzo Riccardi in occasione della Festa dell’Uva 2025 e non potevamo fare scelta migliore!
Il signor Tommaso Riccardi è stato di una cortesia rara, facendoci sentire fin da subito come a casa nostra. Ci ha dato indicazioni chiarissime su dove mangiare, dove parcheggiare e come muoverci per vivere al meglio la festa.

La posizione è perfetta: a meno di 100 metri dal corso principale, eravamo letteralmente nel cuore della festa, ma allo stesso tempo comodissimi per raggiungere la macchina. Un connubio ideale!

La casa è super accogliente, curata in ogni dettaglio e con tutti i comfort, anche per la colazione. Inoltre, nonostante la grande affluenza dell’evento, il signor Tommaso e ci ha persino concesso un checkout ritardato senza alcuna maggiorazione di prezzo per permetterci di godere a pieno la giornata.


Un soggiorno senza eguali: Palazzo Riccardi il suo proprietario e famiglia sono una vera garanzia.
Straconsigliato a chiunque voglia vivere Solopaca nel migliore dei modi!

Tommaso is very sweet, very accommodating, and text us every other day to see if we needed anything.
Pros:

THE PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL, VERY CLEAN, WELL DECORATED, WELL STOCKED KITCHEN AND A NICE DINNING ROOM, THE BEDS WERE AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE AND A BEAUTIFUL TERRAZZA. LOTS OF STAIRS THOUGHT, IT'S ON THE SECOND FLOOR.

Cons:

WE DIDN'T CARE FOR THE BREAKFAST, PRE PACKAGED CROISSANT, COOKIES & CEREAL, NO BIG DEAL, BECAUSE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE, THERE IS AN AMAZING BAKESHOP WITH FRESH PASTERIES, HOT BREAD & COFFEE.
