Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter du village de Moustiers-Sainte-Marie.
L'hôtel a beaucoup de charme et le cadre est enchanteur. Nous avons pu nous détendre au bord de la piscine qui offre une très belle vue et retrouver une chambre propre chaque jour.
Les réceptionnistes se sont montrés à l'écoute.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour passer un séjour agréable.

Un lieu parfait pour découvrir la région et se reposer
Pros:

Une localisation parfaite à l’entrée de Moustiers sainte Marie, des chambres très propres et modernes avec une grande salle de bain, une très belle piscine, un petit déjeuner très agréable en terrasse et surtout un personnel gentil et attentif aux clients ce qui est rare.

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Schon bei der Ankunft wurde ich von einem Mitarbeiter laut angeschrien, weil ich mein Auto rückwärts einparken wollte. Er forderte mich in einem völlig unangemessenen Ton auf, woanders zu parken. Ich war als Gast im Urlaub regelrecht schockiert. Besonders unverständlich war, dass kurze Zeit später ein anderes Auto genau dort parken durfte. So geht man mit Gästen nicht um.


Ich fragte daraufhin, ob ich mein Geld zurückbekommen könne, um woanders zu übernachten. Das wurde mit Hinweis auf die Booking.com-Buchung abgelehnt.

Hinzu kamen weitere Mängel: Aus der Dusche kam nur heißes Wasser, die Steckdosen funktionierten nur bei eingeschaltetem Licht, und bei unserer Abreise gegen 7 Uhr war niemand an der Rezeption.
Das einzig positive die Tiefgarage wurde nicht berechnet und wir haben einen Drink umsonst bekommen .

Für uns war dieser Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung. Wir kommen definitiv nie wieder.

Favorite hotel of our 3 week trip
Pros:

The location of this property is a brief 5 minute easy walk into Moustiers Sainte Marie. The property is absolutely EXQUISITE!! It so beautiful here!!! They have an AMAZING Infinity pool that has views of the mountains all around it! The people that work at this hotel are so incredibly kind!!!! A very special thank you to Theo, he is the son of the extremely kind owner that lent me his hat to take my boat trip! Theo went above and beyond helping us from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! Theo is so kind and takes such pride and care with his position and treats the guests of the property with absolute kindness. We absolutely LOVED our stay at this magnificent property and HIGHLY Recommend to everyone to stay here. Thank you to Theo’s older brother as well! He was wonderful too!

L'emplacement ne fait pas tout : séjour très décevant en famille

L'hôtel bénéficie d'une excellente localisation au centre de Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, et une personne à la réception s'est montrée très correcte avec nous.

Cons:

Ayant réservé 2 chambres pour 4 personnes, nous avons accumulé plusieurs désagréments. Les couloirs sont très étroits et sombres. Dans nos chambres, la salle de bain dégageait une odeur de moisissure. Les équipements sont également insuffisants : pas de bouilloire, et un seul verre ainsi qu'une bouteille d'eau par chambre double.
Côté parking, par manque de places en garage, on nous a proposé une simple place extérieure sur la rue en pente pour 10 €. Estimant la pratique abusive, nous avons refusé et dû chercher une place nous-mêmes. Enfin, le ménage qui essaie d'entrer dans la chambre à 9h40 alors que le départ est à 10h manque cruellement de discrétion.

Fijn hotel middenin een prachtig dorp!
Pros:

Fijn hotel, midden in het idyllische dorpje Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, tussen restaurants en winkels. Mooie infinitypool! 4-persoons kamer was prima, goede stevige bedden en mooi sanitair (stortdouche). Fijne parkeerplek in afgesloten parkeergarage (€10, reserveren is aan te raden gezien het kleine aantal plekken).

Cons:

Ik vond de prijs aan de hoge kant, maar je zit dan wel middenin een fantastisch dorp vlakbij de Verdonkloof.
