Very nice hotel
Pros:

Very nice location, own outdoor pool, bar and beach. Guests can use umbrella and sun-bed at the own beach based on category of your all inclusive. We had a room with great sea view.
A-la carte restaurant is must visit. Staff, location, landscapes and dishes were perfect.

Cons:

Unfortunately girls at the reception don’t speak English. As we stayed only one night, we wanted to pay for dinner in hotel but receptionist didn’t helped us at all, she just was waiting for her colleagues to ask how to do this, then came another guests and she started to chat with them. So we decided to go to the a-la carta restaurant (food was super delicious!). This was the beginning of season, so all the cafes and restaurants near hotel, at the beach were closed.
Spa and indoor pool aren’t included to all the fares, so read the description carefully.

Micul dejun foarte bun.
Lipsa locuri de parcare si nu era sezon.
Am solicitat schimbare camera prin booking. Mi- au confirmat schmbarea camerei in delux dubla si cei de la hotel nu au facut nimic. Comunicarea lasa de dorit, Mai ales ca am comunicat cu booking si au confirmat ca au anuntat hotelul si am confirmat din timp schimbarea camerei. Nu Mai atrageti clientii cu poze de la piscina si de la camere de lux si oferiti in final camere la Meduza de 2 stele. Nu este correct......

Расположение. Еда разнообразная.

Cons:

На 9 этаже п номере не работал интернет. Приходилось или авходить в коридор или спускаться в лобби. В бассейне дети с кругами , ныряют, скачут.
Взрослые пришли отдохнуть, в том числе и в бассейне.

Vederea către mare

Cons:

Deși am plătit pentru o cameră DeLuxe cu vedere la mare, am primit o cameră cu vedere doar parțială la mare. Toate camerele au acest avantaj! Consider că acest aspect este înșelător, deoarece am ales și am plătit categoria superioară tocmai pentru vederea completă la mare. Într-un final una dintre fetele de la recepție a fost amabilă și a făcut un upgrade de cameră, dar tot cu vedere parțială la mare. Singura diferență era ca aceasta avea un divan în dreptul ferestrei.

Sejurul a fost placut.
Pros:

Micul dejun a fost foarte bun si variat, personalul s-a purtat foarte frumos si au raspuns cu promptitudine tuturor cererilor pe care le-am avut. Amplasarea hotelului este foarte buna fiind foarte aproape de mare si de asemenea este aproape si de magazin alimentar si de o farmacie. Camerele sunt foarte curate.

Cons:

Baia este putin cam micuta (cel putin in hotelul Meduza unde am avut cazare, aceasta fiind de 3 stele si nu de 4 asa cum este celalalt hotel Aquatonic din cadrul complexului).
Nu prea mi-a placut ca a trebuit sa platesc separat pentru serviciul de SPA (59 ron/persoana/2 ore) si as mai mentiona ca daca nu achizionezi un serviciu All Inclusive nu ai acces nici macar la plaja fara sa platesti, de asemenea nu ai acces nici macar la terasa hotelului (aceasta fiind numai pentru serviciile All Inclusiv) si de aceea nu prea s-ar merita sa nu achizionezi un serviciu All Inclusive desi acesta ar putea parea putin cam scump, desi serviciile sunt de calitate. Ca o mentiune, din ce am vazut pe notele de informare de pe plaja, exista 3 tipuri de servicii All Inclusive (Standard, Superior si Ultra All Inclusive) si in functie de tipul se serviciul ai acces chiar si numai la anumite zone de plaja ceea ce ar putea face alegerea putin mai complicata, poate ca aceasta organizare a fost necesara pentru a evita supra aglomerarea anumitor zone de plaja.
