Con un poco de mantención podría mejorar

El ambiente, buena atención

Cons:

La habitación tenía varias deficiencias, falta de mantención en general para tener una mejor visual y experiencia. La puerta del shower no cerraba, lo informe pero nadie vino a solucionarlo, la manilla de la puerta del baño igual estaba mala, la grifería sin mantención, la cama no tenía buen soporte se corría.

Pros:

La señorita Maeixa nos recibio con suma cordialidad y nos recomendo un restaurante para cenar donde nos hicieron un descuento por hospedarnos en el hotel. El desatno muy completo y la encarfada de la mañana fue igual de gentil.

Desayuno muy bueno, limpieza y la atención del personal, la sección de libros me parece novedosa, donde trataría de incorporar historias cortas para niños.

Cons:

La presión del agua de la ducha, muy baja presión, los artefactos pegados con cinta doble contacto que se salieron, y los cubrefallas sueltos que dan mal aspecto.

Pésimo, no volveré .

Literalmente mi habitación 101 , estaba al lado de la recepción , solo pudimos dormir 5hs porque los ruidos eran constantes , parecía que la gente estaba adentro de la habitación .
Perdimos camabiar y dijeron que estaba l todo ocupado, pero a la hora del desayuno y en el estacionamiento se notaba que estaba bastante vacío el hotel . El desayuno bastante abundante , pero estaba frío.
El baño feo, bastante limpio para lo que era el lugar(punto a favor )
La habitación tenía una ventana ciega que estaba bloqueada
Realmente una decepción

Based on our experience, this hotel does not correspond to a 3-star hotel.
Pros:

Staff, breakfast and cleanliness were good.

Cons:

First, our room was located on the third floor, and the building did not have an elevator. This is not acceptable for a hotel rated as 3‑star.
Second, the room was barely larger than a queen‑size mattress. The mattress was pressed against three walls, leaving only about 40" × 90" of additional space. This might be acceptable for teenagers, but it is not suitable for middle‑aged adults. Once again, this room size does not meet the expectations of a 3‑star hotel.
