Bastante decepcionados
Pros:

Ubicación, desayuno, limpieza correcta.

Cons:

La atención, sobre todo de la recepcionista, al llegar no dio la información completa, posteriormente dijo que las llaves al salir debían quedar en recepción, no supo explicar la razón de esto, tampoco supo informar si el hotel se hacía responsable en caso de robo de objetos de valor. En general una atención muy poco seria. Como consejo deberían tener un instructivo para informar reglas o protocolos internos, ya que la recepcionista lo entrega la información al momento de hacer el check in.

Llegamos y la habitación que nos dieron no tenía electricidad y nos dieron otra habitación donde la cama matrimonial estaba desnivelada, hundida en uno de los lados y sonaba mucho, no había bajada de cama y habían telas de araña en el baño

Cons:

El espacio de la piscina se ve más amplio y es muy reducido. La piezas son muy básicas no tienen nada de decoración , los balcones no son privados tienes que tener las cortinas todo el tiempo abajo y la luz de la habitación es muy baja . Abajo de la cama había polvo. El lavamanos es pequeño. No tenía repisas para dejar los accesorio de baño .
El estacionamiento está a una cuadra del hotel . No hay ascensor .
