Hotel agradavel e charmoso na sempre linda Pucón.
Pros:

Hotel charmoso, com construção e decoração bela e singular, com atenção a cada detalhe. Boa localizado, com bela vista para o vulcão. Equipe atenciosa e simpática. Café da manhã variado, saboroso e preparado com espero.

Cons:

Falta um cesto de lixo dentro do quarto, além do existente no banheiro..

Lo mejor de Pucón
Pros:

Auténtico desayuno del sur y la mejor atención que puedes encontrar.
El personal era muy amable, ocurrió un problema con la reserva, en vez de agendarse 1 habitación con 2 camas, se agendó con 1 cama grande, el personal hizo todos los cambios para que podamos estar cómodos sin costos adicionales.
Además los espacios comunes súper cómodos, permitiendo compartir en cualquier parte del hotel, con cocina disponible en caso de querer cocinar o estar ahí a cualquier hora del día, y siempre con cafe y cositas ricas a disposición de los huéspedes.
De los mejores hoteles de la zona.

Great hospitality. You feel like home. Good service—attentive and warm. A beautifully decorated boutique hotel, with a well-designed interior garden. The breakfast is delicious, featuring bread baked at the hotel. You will always find someone at the reception desk taking care everything is running smoothly. Lovely view to the volcano.Highly recommended.

Cons:

The front rooms have a lovely view towards the volcano but it is also facing a very residential street which makes the rooms not very private. It would be recommendable to use something like a window film to cover the first meter of the terrace windows, which keeps the nice view to the volcano while keeping the privacy.

Cons:

Frühstück war nur teilweise ein Buffet, nicht alle Speisen konnte man sich frei nehmen. An einem Tag hatten wir um ein früheres Frühstück gebeten (eine halbe Stunde vor der Zeit), da wir zum Flughafen mussten. Dies wurde von der sehr hilfsbereiten Dame an der Rezeption zugesagt, am nächsten Tag jedoch warteten wir im Frühstücksraum vergeblich auf unser früheres Frühstück und mussten schließlich hungrig zum Flughafen aufbrechen. Das war schade und hat eigentlich nicht zum sehr hilfsbereiten und gut organisierten Personal gepasst.

The comfort of the bed was 10/10.

Small, intimate hotel with views of the volcano, a great breakfast, and walkable to the town center.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent—scrambled eggs served hot, a variety of cheeses, sliced meats, breads, and plenty of fresh fruits. Fresh croissants every morning, along with beautiful tortes. It was really nice to be able to enjoy coffee and tea throughout the day! And, housekeeping daily with fresh towels was a plus!

Cons:

The location was a little noisy because there was some construction going on across the street. The plus is that the location was about 2 blocks from the bus station and from the center of town with its restaurants, shops, and places to book adventure tours.

El personal es increíble, te preparan el desayuno con mucho cariño, y están pendientes de todo. La cama es muy cómoda, cada día renuevan todos los amenities. Está todo muy limpio.

Cons:

El baño no tiene ventana y, aunque cuenta con extractor, la humedad del baño no se va e incluso se mete a la habitación. La climatización de la habitación en un aire acondicionado tipo Split funcionando en modo calor o frío, el baño no tiene climatización y hace otra temperatura diferente o tienes que tener todo el tiempo la puerta abierta del baño al lado de la cama.

Sehr bequeme Betten, leckeres Fruehstueck und sehr zuvorkommender Service. Dazu liegt die Unterkunft optimal zentral und gleichzeitig sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße im Zentrum.
