A lot of things needs to be fixed/renovated in the room. My room was dirty. Reception desk was good, offered me a different room. Communicated well. Location is the only good point

I would recommend this hotel.
The room was spacious with a lovely large bathroom and balcony.
There was good free WiFi. Its near supermarket and near to the town centre.

The only negative was there was no kettle, so bring your travel kettle.. I purchased an Amazon cheapo beforehand.

I will return to this hotel as it has amenities locally.

Pros:

Duet Plus is close near the downtown shopping section in Uzhhorod and the hotel was clean, staff was helpful, and some parking spots were near by, and I felt secure in may stay there.

Pros:

The location was good for walking (in day time) to town centre, but would take cab in the evening. Attractive hotel with huge rooms. AC worked very well. The view ,from our little balcony, of the back gardens and structures (Alpine village - unusual) was stunning. The Dining Room was open all day and served delicious, well prices food and beer. We were often the only people there and also only people in lobby. We liked the privacy.

Terrible internet speed and reliability. I asked them to reset the routers/ modem, so for 3 days the bandwidth never improved.
