If im honest the hotel wasnt in its best shape due to the situation, gym was closed, staff were tense, F&b was limited. But what i appreciate is that I forgot my 2 diamond rings and I called at night and they had them. I cannot tell u how important and comforting that was as these had more emotional meaning to them than monetary and reflects on the type of people that work in this hotel. Thank u Zahid for this 🙏🏼

We visited al hamra residence to celebrate my wife's birthday. Kids enjoyed the stay, specially in swimming pool and kids club where Rosalie and Sauya assisted us.

I recently spent a long weekend at Al Hamra Residence and, overall, enjoyed most of my stay.

The staff were fantastic throughout. The majority of those I interacted with came across as genuinely warm and happy to engage. I would especially like to recognise Mr. Suhil (I believe that’s his name), the restaurant manager. I always had great conversations with him, and it was clear he was doing his absolute best to manage both queues and customers during a very busy period.

We stayed in a Deluxe Room, which was a great size and offered everything we needed. The small kitchen area and large lounge space were a really nice surprise and a welcome change from the usual “box-type” rooms where you only get a bed and a shower. I was also never disturbed by any noise, either from within the hotel or outside.

The hotel overall was relatively clean, and given there was a storm during our stay, I can’t fault the team on this.

The food in the restaurant, however, could have been better. I found the options weren’t particularly varied and were, at times, a little bland. That said, the salads were nice.

We also took a walk over to Frisky Fox at the Village Resort across the road and really enjoyed an evening there.

My biggest frustration was the communication prior to arrival. I had emailed several times regarding some special requests that needed to be confirmed in advance, but unfortunately received no response. When I called the hotel, I was told each time that someone would check my email and get back to me, but this never happened.

Overall, I would stay here again for a short break as it offers good value for money.

Our stay at Al Hamra Residence was truly wonderful and memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very approachable—it was so easy to ask for anything we needed, and they were always happy to help.

What made our stay even more special was the unexpected room upgrade, which honestly surprised us and made our Eid celebration even happier. It was such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.

I am thrilled with the hotel in every way. Great location for golf, shopping opportunities in Al Hamra Mall, running between the villas by the golf course or in the hotel on the 1km long promenade. Very pleasant and smiling staff. Everyone in the hotel is very nice and helpful. We were at the hotel during the conflict in Iran. The front manager was helpful with all our questions and extended our stay until departure. The hotel is clean inside and out. The beach is 1km long with a clean water. There is a small queue at the entrance to the restaurant during peak hours, but if you choose an earlier or later hour, it is not a problem. I eat healthy, so I liked the large selection of vegetables. There was always fish, chicken and beef available. Some days are themed (Asian, Italian, Arabic and international cuisine). The gym is great. I have nothing to complain about. I will come again next year.

Z hotelu jsem nadšená ve všech směrech. Skvělá poloha pro golf, nákupní možnosti v Al Hamra Mall, běhání mezi vilkami u golfového hřiště nebo v hotelu na promenádě dlouhé 1km. Velmi příjemny a usměvavý personál. Všichni v hotelu jsou velmi milí a nápomocní. V hotelu jsme byli v době konfliktu v Íránu. Front manager nám byl nápomocný ve všech dotazech a prodloužení pobytu až do odletu. Hotel uvnitř i venku uklizený. Pláž je dlouhá 1km s čistou vodou. V restauraci se ve špičku tvoří menší fronta u vchodu, ale pokud si vyberete dřívější nebo pozdější hodinu, tak není problém. Jím zdravě, takže mi vyhovoval velký výběr zeleniny. Vždy bylo k dispozici ryba, kuřecí a hovězí. Některé dny jsou tématické (asijská, italská, arabská a mezinárodní kuchyně). Tělocvična skvělá. Nemám, co bych vytkla. Přijedu zase příští rok.

Rihab gave us a wonderful room for our 2nd booking here. I would suggest some rugs Al Hamra,, to make a massive space feel cosy. No rugs. Thanks again Rihab. Manager’s name is Safwat

Ate at the bouffet here close walking to the beach. Different food themed nights. Tuesday Italian night. Saturday Middle Eastern night. Wednesday international. We sat outside where it was quiet and they didn’t forget about us and got VIP service from Abjal and Shyam. Would recommend!

Amazing first experience in the UAE for my family!

We stayed at Al Hamra Residence, beautifully located in Al Hamra with a stunning beach and great views of Al Marjan Island. We spent two weeks there mainly because the hotel is pet-friendly (we have a small toy poodle), and interestingly, we didn’t see a single other dog during our stay.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, and it was far more spacious than the photos suggest—the rooms were genuinely huge. We opted for the full-board package, and the buffet food was excellent. It was so good that self-control was definitely required!

Overall, the atmosphere was great, the location excellent, and the hotel exceptionally clean. My wife especially loved the gym and really enjoyed working out there, she says the gym is a complete gym, whatever that means for gym rats.

Most importantly, the staff truly made the difference. The service was outstanding from day one. A special shout-out to Kanwal, Dev, Pritham (“omellete bruh”), Guru, and many others whose names I didn’t catch—they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable at the start of our new life in the UAE.

All that's stopping me from giving this 5/5 is the size of the restaurant as there were about three nights (dinner buffet) where people were waiting to be seated, there needs to be more tables. Also, the hot drinks could be better, wasn't too keen on them and lacked hot chocolate. Besides the above, it was fantastic. Staff were good, food and drinks in general were good, two heated pools which was great. Poolside bar and another bar which is supposed to be a beach bar but is actually not on the beach. In terms of drinks it did lack one or two cocktails like sex on the beach and Mojitos for all inclusive customers, I think you could get them if you paid though. Room
was great, so spacious, big TV, big bathroom with shampoo/shower gel and hand soap/body lotion dispensers. Cleaned everyday, towels and bins changed. I did pay a lot more than what I'd normally pay for a holiday but I definitely felt I got what I paid for.

The staff was Always nice and amiable. The rooms were clean; however, the cleaning lady did not Always clean the best. The location was nice, everything was at stone's throw. The atmosphere was terrific. The value was a bit pricy but it paid off. There was not much noise apart from other tourists. Amenities were top notch.
