Ate at the bouffet here close walking to the beach. Different food themed nights. Tuesday Italian night. Saturday Middle Eastern night. Wednesday international. We sat outside where it was quiet and they didn’t forget about us and got VIP service from Abjal and Shyam. Would recommend!

Amazing first experience in the UAE for my family!

We stayed at Al Hamra Residence, beautifully located in Al Hamra with a stunning beach and great views of Al Marjan Island. We spent two weeks there mainly because the hotel is pet-friendly (we have a small toy poodle), and interestingly, we didn’t see a single other dog during our stay.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, and it was far more spacious than the photos suggest—the rooms were genuinely huge. We opted for the full-board package, and the buffet food was excellent. It was so good that self-control was definitely required!

Overall, the atmosphere was great, the location excellent, and the hotel exceptionally clean. My wife especially loved the gym and really enjoyed working out there, she says the gym is a complete gym, whatever that means for gym rats.

Most importantly, the staff truly made the difference. The service was outstanding from day one. A special shout-out to Kanwal, Dev, Pritham (“omellete bruh”), Guru, and many others whose names I didn’t catch—they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable at the start of our new life in the UAE.

All that's stopping me from giving this 5/5 is the size of the restaurant as there were about three nights (dinner buffet) where people were waiting to be seated, there needs to be more tables. Also, the hot drinks could be better, wasn't too keen on them and lacked hot chocolate. Besides the above, it was fantastic. Staff were good, food and drinks in general were good, two heated pools which was great. Poolside bar and another bar which is supposed to be a beach bar but is actually not on the beach. In terms of drinks it did lack one or two cocktails like sex on the beach and Mojitos for all inclusive customers, I think you could get them if you paid though. Room
was great, so spacious, big TV, big bathroom with shampoo/shower gel and hand soap/body lotion dispensers. Cleaned everyday, towels and bins changed. I did pay a lot more than what I'd normally pay for a holiday but I definitely felt I got what I paid for.

The staff was Always nice and amiable. The rooms were clean; however, the cleaning lady did not Always clean the best. The location was nice, everything was at stone's throw. The atmosphere was terrific. The value was a bit pricy but it paid off. There was not much noise apart from other tourists. Amenities were top notch.

I had a great stay at Al Hamra Residences and Village. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and the New Year’s vibe was lovely, we had a great time and truly enjoyed ourselves. I was facing an issue with the parking registration on New Year’s Eve, but Zahid, the security head, was extremely helpful and resolved it promptly. I really appreciate his effort and gesture, as he went out of his way to assist us. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily recommend staying here.

We chose to stay alhmara residence for new year enjoy.all staf very friendly and always smiles.beach very nice .we enjoy alot our kids they feel like home.Bad moment Suddnly got sick thanks to Security Gurjeet and naveen,Roland who help me to takem to the hospital.mu family was worried about me.however thanks both of them thir quick response.we recomeded everyone to stay this hotel.

The rooms are spacious, bright, and super cozy everything spotless, with fresh bedding and soft towels.

The staff is amazing! Special thanks to the lovely Rihab at the front desk, she’s incredibly helpful and professional. Also big shoutout to Fiona and Safest always friendly and ready to assist.

The location is perfect right by the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The beach is clean, the water is clear, and the sand is soft ideal for relaxing.

Breakfasts are delicious and varied, with something for everyone, from local favorites to more gourmet options.

I chose to stay at the residence for my birthday celebration, and it was truly a great decision because my family and I genuinely enjoyed our stay.
From the moment I arrived, the experience was already pleasant. Although there were many guests checking out, I only waited a few seconds. One tall crew member (apologies, I didn’t catch his name—but you definitely won’t miss him as he’s the tallest guy there 😅) immediately accommodated me when he noticed I was waiting in line. He handled my check-in efficiently, and in less than 10 minutes, we were already on our way to our room. He even granted my small request with genuine kindness, which I truly appreciated.
I loved the vicinity and overall ambiance of the residence. It has a charming old European architectural feel, and everything was clean and well maintained.
I would also like to acknowledge Laiq from the bar near the pool for being so caring and for welcoming me warmly. Special thanks as well to Guru from the restaurant for his kindness and ever-present smile, which made our dining experience even more pleasant.
Overall, it was a memorable stay and a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday.
