Pros:

Excelente la atención de la señora de recepción, nos dió mucha información sobre el lugar...la habitación era hermosa y con una vista fantástica. El spa hermoso y cómodo, sin costo adicional, además te dan sin costo bata, toalla y pantuflas. La atención del camarero muy bien. El desayuno estuvo bien.

Cons:

La cena podría haber estado mejor, varios platos pero lo encontramos un poco sin sabor. Igual no estaba mal.

Tutto stupendo... Colazione e cena fantastiche lo staff preparato e soprattutto gentilissimo.... Comodo e spazioso il parcheggio e fermata bus davanti all' albergo un plus....

Потрясающий формат: завтрак + ужин. И тот и другой оооочень вкусные и с большим разнообразием (я была во многих отелях Европы, такое встречается достаточно редко). +в размещение входит спа. Когда мы приехали, мы совсем забыли обо всех этих удобствах и как же было приятно получить это всё! Очень красивые современные номера. Менеджер Франческа супер милая девушка, очень гостеприимная, все подскажет и расскажет. До озера ходит бесплатный автобус (на ресепшен нужно попросить специальный QR-код для этого), но имейте ввиду, что до мая это озеро замерзшее.
