The property was decent, but there were issues with ants and also water leaks in both the sink and also in the shower. The room was clean though, which was a bonus.

The room was kind of old, the shower and toilet are llicking, AC is not that cold,something is not the building

No elevator. Not accessible to senior like me… bathroom are clogged up, very poor water flow, drain problem, faucet not secured, loose commode seat cover.. not recommending to anybody.. what a terrible experience in Jeamco Royal hotel.

This hotel is situated across from a busy bus terminal and at the top of two flights of stairs. The hotel employees were happy to port our suitcases up to our room. Our room was located very near the front of the hotel and there was some vehicle noises that could be heard in the room but nothing after 9 pm. The furnishings in the room were spartan, but clean and not worn. The cable tv was good as was the hot water in the shower. The hotel has Wi-Fi but it wasn't strong enough for us to connect to. There is no parking at the hotel property but at the advise of the front desk we asked and received permission to park at the gas station next door. The aircon comfortably cooled the room. There was no refrigerator in our room but the front desk sells cold water, soft drinks, and beer for a fair price. The bed in the room was comfortable but only featured two pillows. They made an additional two pillows available to us for a small fee. There were several choices for dining nearby including one all-night hamburger and hotdog restaurant just around the corner. We enjoyed a nighttime walk to the city's park near the seawall and were pleased to see several people enjoying it late in the evening. There is a shopping venue called Metro a few blocks away but we chose to visit the smaller shops around the block.

No refrigerator, very small trash can (1), and Expedia's confirmation not available for front desk. Over priced considering you can get the same price in Angeles, Cebu, Manila all having more amenities. I suppose int is because it's the only game in town. I would never consider staying there for more than one night.

Nice little hotel..very central.

We scheduled the family unit. They only supply one small trash can. I asked for a 2nd one and they refused saying it is not their procedure. Thus every day the trash can in bathroom overflowed and stuff fell to floor. Yuck.

Good value for the money but reccomend pay Asia Novo direct as a good 20% cheaper than using expedia.

Clean rooms with reasonable amenities at a a great price. Could do with more clothes storage but we managed. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Close to ocean. Could use a refrigerator. Staff ok.

Overall I enjoyed the hotel. Very nice staff, clean, near mall. Only criticisms are that the shower many times did not have hot water and you need to address the safety between the mall and hotel i.e. cross walk provided but traffic does not slow down. Very dangerous.
