Pros:

Die Aussicht und der erfahrene, fleissige und höflich Mitarbeiter, Herr Graf.

Titel: Unprofessioneller Umgang mit Gästen – nicht zu empfehlen

​Für die gehobenen Preise hat mich der Aufenthalt enttäuscht. Der Wellnessbereich ist okay, aber das Zimmer direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl ist wegen der Fahrgeräusche sehr laut.
​Das Abendessen gab es für mich nur als feste Halbpension, kein À-la-carte.

Das größte Ärgernis war jedoch die Lautstärke beim Abendessen: Das kleine Kind der Hotelinhaberin Marie Wissler tobte und schrie während des Abenessens im offenen Küchenbereich. Als ich die Kellnerin darauf ansprach, kam kurz darauf die jugendlich aber sehr unerfahren erscheinende Hotelinhaberin Marie Wissler an meinen Tisch. Statt einer Entschuldigung wurde ich in erbostem Ton belehrt, dass es ein Familienbetrieb sei und ich Verständnis zu haben habe. Der Lärm hielt an.

Statt, wie sonst üblich, selbst im Hotel mitzuwirken beschränkte sich Marie Wissler darauf Ihren lärmenden Sohn wie eine Monstranz durch das Hotel zu tragen den anwesenden Gästen vorzustellen. Unglaublich!

​Wer Ruhe und professionellen Service sucht, ist hier in dieser Preisklasse falsch. Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Wunderbares Hotel mit grandiosem Personal um abzuschalten und den Schwarzwald zu geniessen
Pros:

sehr gutes und vielseitiges Frühstück
das ganze Personal sehr offen, freundlich und wohlwollend
genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung
Pool sehr sauber und Raum schön warm
Essen fantastisch, sehr lecker

Cons:

Bett etwas zu hart
Zeiten der Saune zu kurz, hat leider nie geklappt, dass ich sie nutzen konnte. Gerne gleiche Zeiten wie der Poolbereich

Tolles Hotel mit Familiengefühl
Pros:

Tolle Umgebung, äusserst freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Man merkt die Liebe mit jedem Schritt und jedem Bissen. Die Menüs sind regional, saisonal oder sogar selbstgejagt.

Erholung und Genuss pur
Pros:

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich! Konnten direkt am Hotel loslaufen. Sehr, sehr freundliches, sympathisches Personal. Keine Wünsche blieben offen!! Der Saunabereich, sehr ansprechend! Das Abendmenü war traumhaft! Sterneniveau! Sehr lecker!! Hunde sind willkommen!!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts, was zu beanstanden wäre! Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!!

Klasse Lage für Wanderungen
Pros:

Zimmer su d in die Jahre gekommen. Lage sehr gut für die Wanderungen die wir vor hatten.

Cons:

Sauna und Pool brauchen mal Runderneuerung. Essen war qualitativ gut, allerdings war A la Card Essen nicht möglich. Man musste nehmen was es gab, nicht alles davon hätten wir bestellt.
