Вежливый персонал. Завтрак простой но именно это вызвало приятные моменты. Особенно свежие пирожки с картошкой! Просто шедевр!

Cons:

Были моменты но они в принципе не испортили впечатления. Такие как сломанная лейка. И большая кровать это две кровати поставлены рядом.

Camera a fost ok

Cons:

Peste drum era o nunta ceva...gălăgie...nu am putut dormi.
Un prieten a dat bani sa dorm să mă odihnesc cu 2 ore înainte. Eu nu am dormit...am lăsat bagajul la ei și am plecat. M-am întors de la ora 2 când se făcea intrarea și tot au mai vrut bani pe încă o noapte. La sauna nu scrie nimic până nu intru in toate facilitățile ...apoi la comentarii clienții spun că este gratuit...apoi cer 7000 tenge pentru 2 ore de sauna cu discount de 10% pe care nu l-au făcut nici pe ăla (nu mai spun că am stat doar o ora că am programat la 3 apoi au spus alta oră - am acceptat- dar nu au respectat nimic ) . Nu are nimic. Este curat și așa ar trebui sa fie toate hotelurile nu că este ceva extraordinar. Este departe de centru. Cel mai bun lucru că avea sauna dar la banii ăștia nu merita. Nu recomand. Recepționara a crezut că așa se face comerț dar nu este ok.
Nu recomand dacă nu își revizuiesc politica și atitudinea

Ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare la camera perché non c'era acqua calda ed il condizionatore perdeva acqua nella stanza.
