Poor management
Cons:

On the day of my arrival they contacted me in the morning through Whatsapp and tried to cancel my reservation due to big concert in town as they wanted to earn more with reselling my room. It totally ruined my vacation.

Buon albergo per soggiorno breve a Sarajevo - chiedete del garage se avete l'automobile
Pros:

Sicuramente la colazione è stata il pezzo forte di questo albergo. La camera era comunque spazionsa anche se divisa un po' male, col divano letto in mezzo troppo vicino al letto. Le persone alla reception molto cordiali.

Cons:

La doccia inspiegabilmente non ha un vetro che la chiude, così si allaga tutto. Le camere sono poco o niente insonorizzate e così si sente tutto quello che succede nel corridoio. Il garage è molto piccolo e non ci era stato detto che esisteva, quindi la sera che pioveva abbiamo fatto il giro 3 volte ma non c'era parcheggio, mia moglie allora ha chiesto alla reception, bagnandosi, e le hanno indicato il garage.

Hotel je cist, sobe pristojne, hrana prosecna.
Osoblje ljubazno.

Cons:

Dan pre dolaska su nam otkazali sobe koje su bile uredno rezervisane za vecu grupu, dva meseca pre dolaska Nakon toga sramotna komunikacija sa devojkom na recepciji radi razloga otkazivanja soba.Mucna situacija, muljanje i laganje od strane hotela.Tek nakon razgovora sa direktorom hotela dobijamo sobe, medjutim stres povodom cele situacije je bio preveliki i pokvario je utisak.
