New, clean, and modern.
Pros:

Hotel is new, clean, and modern. There is a car parking outside, but you have to go to the front desk to ask for a ramp to be raised so you can park there.
Staff was very professional.
Breakfast was good.
I have requested a room with a single bed, and it was a little tight, but that's what I requested.

Location is outside of the city center, and with good connection to roads that lead out of Sarajevo.
This was important for me because I was there for work in the area outside of city limits.

V hoteli aj v reštaurácii bolo cítiť cigaretový dym.
Hotel a ani Booking nás neupozornil, že v hoteli prísne dodržiavajú Ramadán. Takže napríklad sme si nemohli dať ani welcome drink.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
Pros:

I had a double room and a triple room for the children. The most important thing about this hotel is the staff, especially the hotel manager. We noticed their help and good manners. The breakfast was varied to the point of convincing.

Cons:

The carpet needs to be changed or replaced with ceramic.
