Disappointing
Pros:

I don't know because I wasn't able to check in even though I had confirmation on booking from the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel receptionist blamed booking.com, saying that 2 large groups of tourists came and they had no more rooms available even though we had a confirmed room on booking. I am disappointed that they didn't even try to find us an alternative accommodation.

2. Hotel má aj reštauráciu,tak keď prídete na hotel úplne večer,tak viete si ešte nieco dať aj priamo na hoteli

اقامة جميلة وموظفين بشوشين لكن ينقصها بعض الخدمات في الغرف مثل مياه الشرب وادوات النظافة الشخصية
