Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Zimmer ist sehr schön, tolle Aussicht auf den Vulkan. Ein wunderschönes Holzhaus, richtig liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Frühstück super in einem schönen Cafe direkt nebenan mit schöner Terrasse. Ausserhalb der Frühstückszeiten gibt es hier mega feine Kuchen.

Cons:

Na, ja, wir hatten halt schweres Gepäck und die Treppe war sehr eng. Aber das wussten wir ja vorher, dass es ein spezielles Boutique Hotel ist. Eben, man muss das halt wissen.

Un lugar bonito y comodo para llegar a dormir y hacer panoramas cerca de pucon
Pros:

El baño, las sabanas y comodida de la cama aunque puede que un poco bajas para otras personas de mas edad, buena aislación del ruido en las habitaciones, personal muy amable pudieron ofrecerme un sandwich para la vuelta al aeropuerto ya que ese dia no podria usar el desayuno incluido.

Cons:

El desayuno es mas para hacer un sandwich que otra cosa, el cafe si es de maquima y aunque sea uno se paga aparte, nada especial, pero creo que estara bien para algunos. Finalmente el tv por cable no funciono la unica noche que lo iba a usar.

Very cosy vibe of the whole place
Close to Pucon center
Nice breakfast even if the egg portion was very small + cakes were not refilled.

Cons:

Room was not well optimized. The bathroom, even if nice, was big compared to the rest. It is supposed to be 20 M2 but it's more 15 m2 in my opinion. Not very practical with two big suitcases.
The additional 15$ US fees for paying in credit card instead of cash that was not written anywhere on Booking. This should be disclaimed somewhere and they tell you that once you cannot cancel your booking. This is really bad practice and this is the only hotel we went to in Chile that did that. At the other hotels we didn't get any extra fees when paying in dollars or pesos. It was the exact price written on Booking.

Hostal de excelente calidad, ambiente hogareño y muy lindo
Pros:

Realmente un Hostal Boutique que superó todas mis expectativas. Es lindo, desayuno rico, el personal que atiende son muy amables… me sentí como en casa, son solo 10 habitaciones . Valoro el trabajo de Macarena y Pía de recepción. Vuelvo si o si.
