Alles tipptopp.
Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Der Zimmerpreis ist für mich im Vergleich leider etwa 20% zu hoch. Es hat den üblichen Minimalstandard ohne irgendwelchen Mehrwert.
Keine eigenen Parkplätze (nur öffentliche CH blaue Zone).

Quand je dis exceptionnelle, je veux dire que cela mérite une étape gastronomique: passez par Airolo rien que pour ça!

Enttäuschend!
Pros:

Leider hat es nicht mal für eine Begrüßung bei der Anreise gereicht. Die Chefin hat sich in meiner Anwesenheit mit einem Mitarbeiter extra auf italienisch unterhalten damit ich nichts verstehe. An der Mimik und Gestik war jedoch zu erkennen, dass sie nichts freundliches zu sagen hatte.

Cons:

Auf dem Fotos wird suggeriert, dass man die Räder aufs Zimmer nehmen darf. Das ist jedoch nicht so. Mein Verweis auf die Fotos wurde damit abgetan, dass die Fotos nur zur Werbung dienen. Es wird also mit Absicht ein falscher Eindruck erweckt.

Pros:

Zimmer war gut und sauber. Das Nachtessen war wirklich top, so wie auch das Frühstück.
Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir waren etwa 1 Std. vor der check-in Zeit da. Es wurde nicht mal geprüft ob das Zimmer schon bereit wäre und wir wurden mehr oder weniger wieder weggeschickt. Wir konnten immerhin das Gepäck dort deponieren. Nach 5 Tagen wandern und 4 Nächten im Zelt hätte man sich ein angenehmeres Ankommen gewünscht. Abgesehen von diesem ersten Empfang war alles gut.
