Hotel Casa Solaria

El check-in fue desagradable por el exceso de parte de la recepcionista. Nos ofrece que nos haría un upgrade, sin embargo nada de eso ocurrió o sea, mintió. No era amable, más bien agotadora y tediosa. Entrega poca información y posterior a ello envía un WhatsApp impertinente con información que no entrega en recepción con su foto... aburridora francamente.
Sobre lo demás, sin inconvenientes, es un hotel sencillo y bien cuidado.

We had a lakeview room which was very nice. The property was in excellent shape & the room was so upscale.

Muito bem localizada, tudo muito novo, tudo feito com muito carinho e pensado para o cuidado e conforto do hospede. E o café da manha? Tudo feito no proprio hotel! Divino!!!

Todo excelente pero no nos dieron bien la información del taxi hacia el aeropuerto que nos salió carísimo. El hotel y sus instalaciones son excelentes.

Absolutely everything was excellent about this hotel - the reception was very friendly, and helpful; their tours of the area were exceptional - - don't need to go to all the in-town outfitters! George is the best! The rooms were nicely decorated, there were many places to sit to have a cup of coffee or check on emails - Even the on- site chef came out each morning and greeted the guests with a cheery word.. Breakfast buffet top quality - fresh fruits, home made yogurt, pastries, juices AND the location is close to the main streets, beach, park. Even the artwork throughout the hotel is lovely. This is a definite EXCEPTIONAL hotel!

Comfortable and well cared for, with a modern bedroom. Breakfast buffet was good, and location was excellent. There are no outstanding features about the hotel, but it is nice.

Really clean property im a good location with great staff

Casa solaria is in a great location but better than that is the excellent staff who were both very friendly and extremely helpful. This boutique hotel has a great breakfast and the rooms are quite comfortable. We stayed there for four days and scheduled several excursions through them to Hot Springs and for a rafting trip as well as transport to the Temuco airport and they handled these requests promptly and at a good price. I would highly recommend staying there.

Me gustó mucho la amabilidad de todo el personal, la ubicación, la habitacion y baño de muy buen tamaño, la calidez de la decoración y el desayuno exquisito, con pancitos y dulces hechos por ellos.

This hotel is almost brand new (a year old) and has a very Scandi feel to it. Lots of blond wood and little Swedish objets dotted around the place. Lovely.
Everything was good about this hotel.

The front desk speaks engish well and are polite and professional. The breakfast was ok but when tables are stuffed into corners they create chaos of too many people in a small space. Put the serving tables in the middle - give access on both sides to the guests and the workers. The showers are really nice, great hot water and pressure. Bed was comfortable and the wifi was fine.
