Localização excelente. E bom custo-benefício. Tive um probleminha no primeiro apartamento que fiquei, mas reportei à recepção que logo resolveu o problema.

Cons:

São detalhes que não impactam na avaliação geral, na minha opinião, mas que se corrigidos poderá melhorar ainda mais a avaliação. A porta do banheiro não trancava e ficava batendo com o vento, mas como eu usava janela fechada não entrava vento então não batia muito. Outro ponto é que como fiquei três diárias, acho que poderiam ter tirado o lixo do banheiro em algum momento. E outra dica é avisar de forma expressa que lixo orgânico seja deixado nas lixeiras dos corredores e não dentro do quarto caso não tenha retirada de lixo do quarto. Fora isso tudo muito bom.
