The facility is absolutely unique. Location view of the lake set up of the room beautiful
While we were given access to the Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi did not work or was extremely slow and would not load website pages. This made doing work very difficult. We tried phoning our children, but they could not hear us and we could hear them, but no ability to actually communicate.
Sehr schöne Anlage direkt am See, mit direktem Blick und Zugang zu diesem.
Beautiful and very quiet
My sheets had a stain on it
The location was great with breathtaking views.
Hot tub, Sauna, option to make bonfire by the lake at night.
At this point unfortunately the breakfast advertised on the website was not available.
A new restaurant is however being built and will be opening soon.
The property is direct on the lake. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but inside really nice and modern.
Absolutely beautiful setting. Quiet. Shannon and Janet were wonderful.
Loved all the options for spending time together... large deck and picnic table with view, waterside chairs, cliff chairs, covered outdoor sitting area, hammocks for relaxation, hot tub, and sauna were awesome too. And then the indoor lodge livingroom area and free coffee tea space and outdoor deck were beautiful and very relaxing. We definitely hope to stay again!
We would not do a late check-in again; we easily found our rooms and access, but we were not aware of some of the spaces available to us, specifically, the lodge indoor sitting area, which would have been perfect for our evening activity. A bit more information about the property and accessible areas prior to the arrival would hav e been really helpful.
Very comfortable. Beautiful view of lake right from the room
Location was a little further from the town than I thought
Wet relaxing and beautiful spot
Na
We loved everything about the property. The lake and mountain views were stunning, the ambiance was relaxing and very enjoyable, we took advantage of the hot tub with the complimentary tea in the early morning and walked down to the lake. Being greeted by the friendly kitties was a nice touch as well. The lady that assisted us was super friendly and more than helpful and pleasant. We cannot wait to return.
There was nothing we felt that could be improved, everything was exceptional.
Hot hot tub and sauna perfect for a relaxing get away
View from the window
When we arrived there was zero signage to tell you where to go, what was what, where the spa was,( well to call it a spa was a joke) It was 6pm. Our bed faced the French doors which opened out onto a public shared walkway and the blind was broken so you had zero privacy when in the room. We were travelling across Canada and really looking forward to using the facilities but they were no instructions, or directions only a disclaimer which should tell you everything you need to know about the owners. We finally managed to get hold of someone who arrived around 10 pm and he fixed the blind ( temporary fix) so we could go to bed without being disturbed. We felt as though we were a nuisance rather than a paying guest. We love a cup of tea in bed in the morning, but there were no facilities in the room. You had to get dressed and go outside to walk to a communal area to find a kettle. It more like a clamping site than a hotel/lodge. Such a shame as with some professional management and customer focus it could have been wonderful.
