Our stay was to go to a friend's funeral so not the best reason to visit but the hotel was perfect.
Pros:

Excellent room on the ground floor as requested, very nice breakfast and lovely location near friendly Italian restaurant, taxi rank and tram stop. Pleasant walk around the village.

Cons:

The shower floor tray was potentially slippery and a grab handle would have been useful.

Eens maar nooit meer.
Pros:

Ontvangst was vriendelijk, parkeren op eigen terrein hoewel de plekken zeer krap waren en ik tig keer heen en weer heb moeten steken.

Cons:

De schuine vloeren waardoor je met je hoofd naar beneden lag. We hebben onze hoofdkussens op het voeteneind gelegd en omgekeerd geslapen om bloedstijging naar je hoofd te vermijden.
Geen airco aanwezig, dus op warme dagen geen aanrader want met ramen open slapen enorme last van het verkeer en tram op het kruispunt waar hotel aan ligt. Dus keuze tussen of te warm of te veel lawaai.
Bij check-out niemand meer gezien, sleutel maar op de balie gelegd.
Prijskwaliteit verhouding: veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Vorige verblijf bij Stausee aan een prachtig meer met 3x zo grote kamer en airco was nog goedkoper.

Das Frühstück war gut, es gibt ein gutes Buffet. Außerdem Müsli und eine schöne Auswahl an Tee. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.0
Die Straßenbahn hält direkt beim Hotel, so kommt man problemlos in die Altstadt und kann das Auto stehen lassen.

Pros:

Gute Preis-Leistung Verhältnis
Pros:

Ich war geschäftlich unterwegs und das Hotel ist sehr nah an meinem Büro.
Personal ist sehr nett und Frühstück ausreichend.
Sauna ist gut.
W-Lan konnte besser sein, allerdings reicht es für Büroarbeit und Serien schauen.
Man hört wenig die Straße, obwohl es viel Verkehr Tagsüber gibt.

サウナが24時間利用可能な点が有り難かった。ただ、たまたまかもしれないが、サウナ用のタオルやバスローブの補充が間に合わなかったのか、我々が使う分はなかった。あとは、水着着用禁止で男女共用なので、その文化に慣れていない女性は少し入りづらいかも。

Nice place to stay near downtown Heidelberg
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and spacious. Free parking on site. Easy tram ride to downtown Heidelberg.

Cons:

It was nice to have free parking onsite but it was a bit tight getting in an out, especially with a big car.
